Wonderful customer service! Quick response time and so so lovely. I haven’t had a problem (which was more on me) resolved that quickly and kindly in a long time. Prue and team were so helpful - I will definitely continue to be a loyal Mother Root customer! What a breath of fresh air.

Love this product. Marmalade is my favourite flavour - I hope they continue to make it. The rhubarb is also amazing. The original ginger was the one that originally got me hooked. All of them have a fantastic flavour intensity that I haven't found anywhere else. The product might at first appear expensive but you only need small amounts to get a great drink so actually they are excellent value. I have reached out to Customer Service recently and Kedeja was great.

This whole experience was just simple.
I was able to send a message regarding my concerns with my shipment. Within an hour, not only was this person looking into the shipment, but they had already started a new order for me to replace what had not been moved forward in shipping. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

Mother Root is a delicious alternative to the usual alcoholic nightcap. I enjoy it with tonic and a splash of citrus juice. Additionally, their customer service is superb. I had an issue recently with their website not properly displaying my active subscription when I needed to adjust the delivery frequency. I emailed and Kedeja with their customer service team assisted promptly to help me remedy the issue.

Prompt response when reaching out to customer service. Issue was resolved immediately and correspondence with Kadeja was professional and polite. Great product and great customer service.

Kedeja was fantastic! Apologetic about the delayed order and very efficient in sending a new bottle. Very friendly and professional too.

The customer service was absolutely outstanding when my package was delivered empty, clearly a mishap in the shipping or transportation. Customer service resolve the issue professionally and really efficiently. I was really relieved and pleased.

Mandi quickly sorted out the problem I was having in making a change to my subscription. The system required me to access my account (but that appeared to have the wrong information about my subscription). Anyway Mandi sorted it all out very quickly.

When I saw that Apple Pay changed delivery address I immediately mailed you not more than 2 hours later . I admit I should have looked sooner but it always normally works. Your IA told me somebody would contacted me about it the next day and yes you can’t help me. You could have put it on hold or anything and I could have given you the correct address after you contacted me.
So sorry was all I got

Having made a mistake with my recurring order and not having the opportunity of amending it in the required window, I contacted Mother Root and I must say the whole team (AI and all !) were extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you very much Mother Root for sorting delivery out and getting Mother Root back in the fridge! Much needed! From a grateful customer..

Same day response on a delivery issue, with my choice of resolution and complete follow up! I didn’t have to over-explain and I felt heard & appreciated as their customer. Turns out the delivery issue resolved in just a couple days. But if it hadn’t, Mother Root was already in place to resolve as I requested! Kudos to excellent customer service!

This company is fantastic! Not only are their products amazing but also their customer service. We had an issue with one delivery and it was resolved immediately!

Quick resolution of a damaged delivery.

My parcel hadn't been delivered by Evri from last week so the lady I emailed yesterday sent me a new parcel which has been delivered today. Excellent service. Thank you.
