Encountered an issue and call Motor parts uk.. Communication with them was fantastic. We encountered an issue via the middle man ( parcel force ) due to false attempted delivery

Couldn't have been worse. The part was ordered on Tuesday and 2 day delivery was paid for. The bearings had arrived by Friday afternoon so I contacted motocross part uk who stated the bearings had not... もっず芋る

Bike was using a lot of oil, scored barrel was the culprit, I ordered barrel and piston on Monday had the parts by Thursday and rebuilt the bike ready for weekend so no missed riding time. Product is... もっず芋る

Great customer service

Great customer service. I ordered a bottom end rebuild kit and transmission bearings for my drz and all got delivered within 3 days. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great communication and updates

Great communication and updates. The description of the part and which bike specification it fits was impressive which lead to lower stress due to the level of detail.
Most certainly recommend this company.

Issue with courier not delivering initially. Staff couldn't have been more helpful to resolve and resend part out.

Good, pro-active packing. An item I ordered was out of stock so a replacement was sent "in place of" due to the price match and a refund offered if preferable. No need to wait around for a refund just to order again.
