I found that buying a car from motorpoint was very easy and the whole process went very smooth.

Friendly & polite staff. Not pushy or overbearing, never felt like they were trying to give third sell, Chelsea who looked after us & sold us the car was great, would definitely recommend & go back.

I went in with no expectations and was greeted by Keanan who made the experience hassle free, fun and informative. Great at his job and sorted everything I needed for my new car. Within one week I had picked and sorted all the boring stuff out for the car and drove away with it. Great experience would definitely buy from MOTORPOINT again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Motorpoint Birmingham branch when purchasing my new Mazda. From start to finish, the service was absolutely wonderful and made the whole car-buying process smooth and enjoyable.

A special mention has to go to Keanan Uppal and Gurj Atwal, who were both outstanding. They provided amazing help and advice, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure at any point—just honest, professional guidance and great customer care.

Had a good experience with buying a car from motorpoint so far, have had my car for 4 days so hopefully no issues going forward.
All the staff were lovely and welcoming but left us to our own devices whilst looking for cars and put no pressure on the sale. They liked to check in on us regularly whilst we were waiting to ensure we were okay and didn't need anything. Car itself was clean (however was to be expected considering its age), and I was able to test drive it twice without qualm to ensure it was a good fit for me. I understand Motorpoint's business model where there is some attempts to upsell for extended warranty, dashcams, clear coats etc. and so this was to be expected however in my experience this was not lathered on too thick.
Special shout out to Dawid and Gurjit who led us through the buying process and allowed some ridiculous requests including throwing in a motorpoint umbrella to sweeten the deal. The team were chilled out and had a good sense of humour and were approachable for any questions throughout. I was able to pick up the car on the day and overall impressed with the experience. Fingers crossed I run into no issues with the car itself!

Sion was very attentive to our needs, and made the sometimes daunting prospect of buying a new car an easy experience. We will be using you again when looking for our next car.

The car was just I was looking for . It was cleaned as new . The sales man Dawid was very helpful and informative. He helped me sort out all the paperwork. I am really pleased with the deal . As always all my cars from motorpoint have been top notch.
