Really easy to deal with
Really easy to deal with, had a slight issue with finance company but Courtney went out of her way to get it sorted, new car valeted to a high standard and easy changeover.

We only went for a look!
I was looking around different garages for a different car.
We only looked at motorpoint on the off chance going into Burnley .
The staff where outside I thought oh no heavy sales pitch but they were there just to guide us through. Told us to come back to them at any time if we find a car or any information needed.
On the last row I turned round to find the car I had in my mind at the right price low mileage serviced one owner.
It was a hot day we had the dog with us they had a water point which was needed for the dog and a coffee point for us bonus .
The guy who looked after us was really great a nice guy another bonus .

Great support and communication from the staff. Didn't pester or push me into making a purchase. Allowed me to walk arouns and sit in the cars independentlym Found me the best deal. Best experience of purchasing a car to date.

Quick and efficient.Disappointed when I picked it up that it hadn't been valeted though.Took it back and still wasn't done properly but came home and cleaned it inside myself.

Your agent he was very welcoming , not pushy and gave you the facts . I have recommended you and this agent to a friend with no hesitations. His name was Naz . I found everything so far very timely like the mats came quick , and dashcam apt . Still waiting full paperwork but it is a bank holiday
