I had a great experience buying my car from Motorpoint Chingford. Maddie was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Her customer service was excellent, she was helpful, friendly and made the whole buying process feel smooth and stress free.

She took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure everything was handled properly, which made a big difference to the overall experience. Motorpoint Chingford should definitely be proud to have her on the team, and honestly, Maddie deserves a raise!

I would definitely recommend Motorpoint Chingford to anyone looking for a smooth and professional car buying experience.

I enjoyed the professionalism with which the company supported me in buying my car. They were transparent and answered all my questions and worked with me to provide the kind of finance that will not impact my current lifestyle nagetively.
The staff that attended to me on the day i purchased car was awesome. She conducted herself professionally well.

Gorkam at the chingford branch is always so helpful and efficient. He’s helped do my last 3 cars and everytime he makes it as easy as it can be. Thanks again to him and the motorpoint team who were helpful chipping in on their parts. Decent range of cars, and got me a good price on the one I wanted.

I never leave bad reviews but this place really inconvenienced me and wasted my time. I bought my car in for a valuation I mentioned at the appointment that one of my services was done late and hasn’t been updated on my service history but it’s in the process they said it was fine. On the day I declined the offer they gave me but I was told the price would remain the same if I changed my mind within 2 weeks, I came back literally 2 days later they booked me in for 6 I had to leave work to get there early but then when I got there they told me I had to leave the car over night as it’s too late to do the process now well then why would you give me an appointment for 6?? Anyway I left my car with them the next day they called me and said they’re knocking off about £1000 from the valuation because my service that was late counts as a missed service?? Even though I already mentioned everything when I first came in and was told it was fine. The lady that called me was passive aggressive and seemed like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions or trying to negotiate I once again had to leave work to go get my car back they completely wasted my time
