Overall a quality experience.
The salesman guided us through our options and the terms and conditions. We beleive we purchased a very good car at a fair price and were more than happy with the trade in.

A great team selling great cars!
Great staff! Knowledgeable and helpful and NEVER pushy like some of the other dealerships I visited! Great range of cars at great prices! I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted but the team found me a car I love, well within budget! Would have no hesitation in recommending Motorpoint Edinburgh!

Let themselves down
Was 5 star but assured car had been serviced and over 2 weeks later despite chasing several times - being absolutely ignored! No idea if car serviced or not and staff in Edinburgh not interested in helping. Shame as they were excellent up until this point. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing, very shoddy. Several messages ignored

This C Class Mercedes is my third buy from Motorpoint, good cars at good prices. Only negative thing about Motorpoint- three times I’ve bought from you- and three times I’ve had to purchase fuel on the way home!!! No need to be THIS MEAN . Come on now, a £30 K purchase and you put next to no fuel in the car!! Ridiculous. David Cunningham.
