1st class service at showroom
Communication could have been better leading up to is viewing the car, it required some work done so 2 viewing cancelled but no information between cancellations.
On day of test drive Lewis looked after us really well and everything went like clockwork.

Excellent experience
My experience with finding the right car was easy, Connor was really helpful and explained how I could get finance on a car as well as explaining the different finance options available to me. I went from finding a car I liked to having everything done and driving off the lot within a week. 10/10

We were really impressed by the staff at Motorpoint , they were helpful and efficient but also were so laid back , so you didn’t have that hard sell attitude you sometimes get at showrooms . Will definitely recommend.

I felt the Motorpoint representative to be quite thorough with his information, and I didn't feel pressurised into buying my vehicle on my visit to the garage. He spent time explaining all the details of financial matters.

I got the car sent up from Chingford .
Car was at the Edinburgh branch for the date of my viewing. Went over all the details the car was exactly as described and I got the agreed price for my trade in. From the first call to purchasing, all staff were great
