Tom Arnold was my contact for the day of collection.
Very relaxed operation, absolutely no pressure everything at your pace.
Process of paperwork and form filling
( ie computer) done, open banking to complete deal, very easy.
In and out in no time, mine was a car with delivery miles so brand new.

staff were very helpful and friendly and there was no pressure to buy

price of motors are reasonable

service was second to none

very happy would use again

No hard sales pressure, I was offered the keys to the car I ultimately purchased and was invited to take the car for a test drive by myself. We bought a car and part exchanged our old one. The staff were very professional and helped us through the process.

After being made to make a refundable deposit. Motorpoint Ipswich is refusing to give the deposit back and has sent us round in circles. No reasoning no compassion, very quick to take your money.
Dont waste your time.
This wasn’t a transport deposit as the car was at the garage we brought it from.

I recently bought a car from Motorpoint and had a great experience. The price was competitive, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Cameron Higgins, who was brilliant to deal with and made the whole process smooth and easy. Really happy with my purchase!

The overall service I received when purchasing my car and collecting couldn't be matched elsewhere and I could not fault that. A few minor issues with the collection process but nothing that could lower my review of the sales team's service. Overall 5 Star for in store service received.

I experience quite a let down on my overall review on this dealership which has unfortunately brought it down to 1 Star...
My MAJOR concern was the brake work that had been done to my car before purchasing. On the 23rd of July I had a terrible incident while driving where my brakes seized and caused my car to catch fire. I was days outside of my warranty expiring so I made a courtesy call to see if I could get any further information or guidance on where I stand with my rights as a customer. Under the consumer rights act 2015 I am still protected by the dealer but the staff when I called were unpleasant and refused to even take the details of the incident. I have been left very upset and distressed by this incident as I have had to pay out thousands of pound to replace brakes that have recently been "Replaced" and an entire new ABS system. As a customer who has researched this matter thoroughly, I appreciate I was outside of my warranty policy and action is limited, however it should not be completely cut off.

The staff at Ipswich branch were very friendly and helpful from the moment I went into the showroom. Unfortunately, the car I went to view had been sold that day. However there was another similar to the one I wanted that had just arrived but was sadly due to go to another store. Harrison went above and beyond to secure the vehicle to stay in Ipswich and we just had to wait for the car to be made ready.
We decided against the car in the end and Declan helped us sort an excellent nearly new model and arranged for it to be transferred to the Ipswich branch.
The car arrived before the specified date and in fabulous condition, there was no hassle from either Harrison or Declan to uptake any of the Add-Ons which we declined.
Had the car nearly 2 weeks now and we are very happy with it. I would definitely recommend Motorpoint to any potential buyers for their courtesy & professionalism.

Looked around cars on display, found what iwas looking for, No pressure from sales, back for test drive next day, All good tax insurance sorted then home to admire new car. The salespeople very helpful, i believe i paid a reasonable price, very happy

Decided to buy a new car and went in to the Ipswich store ,was net by a lovely man called Cameron who helped us whilst we were looking ,and then after deciding on one in another Motorpoint store which we saw online.
Cameron was so helpful and had it sent to the Ipswich store where we then brought it .Loved the car so really happy and the service we were given was excellent 😀
