What I like about Motorpoint is that there is no pressure from sales people. They are there when you are ready to ask questions and don’t hassle you beforehand. Very helpful and found me just the right car!

I was pleased with the price of the car and the whole purchasing process was extremely smooth.

Really positive outcome due to an exceptional customer service by a lady called Sarah robinson. She has assisted us all the way with a warranty issue and I can't fault her commitment to excellence.

Great customer service, sale people were not pushy and communication was good.

The whole experience from navigating the website to find my car, through to the on the day in-store team, and the after sales online team, was fantastic. Everybody was polite and helpful and there was explanation of additional services/products offered without any pressure selling. There was a slight oversight of the service book not being stamped, but the team were overly accommodating to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Would absolutely buy from here again and have recommended to anybody who has mentioned that they are looking to buy a car.

I have been looking for a car for a while tried dealerships to no success until i went to motorpoint the staff were so very friendly and helpful, they were polite nothing was to much trouble for them, i ended up with the vehicle that i was really pleased with,

Car buying can be a difficult process, but my experience was simple and professional. No high pressure sales tactics and all aspects of the transaction went smoothly.

The overall experience was great until I got home and realised the service indicator was showing 21 days to oil change, the co. had forgotten to reset the service reminder, and as I do not live in Ipswich and they are my nearest dealer I will have to go to another vw dealer to get it altered.

Very easy pleasant process. No hard sales. Cameron kept me up to date and was knowledgeable about multiple vehicles and was a joy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.

Sarah offered a 1st class service with every aspect of my collection given top priority.
My new car needed an adjustment made to its air conditioning system and a small scratch needed repair, this caused a slight delay but I was offered a courtesy car for the inconvenience and my new car was ready within a couple of days. I’m happy to say I am now enjoying my new car and would highly recommend the Motorpoint centre in Ipswich.

Confusion over payment methods took 1 hour to resolve. Only one key provided with the car whereas the car (a Dacia Sondero) is originally sold with two keys. Motorpoint's T&Cs specifically exclude paying for any missing keys. The cost to me for buying the missing key myself is £385.

Business model wrong. Should have a cooling off period of now week for the car. Having to pay £350 up front (£199 plus delivery) then having to make an on the spot decision doesn’t allow for any real consideration. Then to be told that the fee for exchange within a week will be £600 given the extra owner is shoddy

Great customer service, very attentive

Cameron Higgins was honest, fun to do business with and the team at Ipswich Motorpoint that we had contact with were all incredible helpful. Very efficient. Done at they promised, it was a pleasure buying and selling a car with them .
