Good until sold
Chris gave great service on the lead up and test drive day. Then once we gad confirmed we wanted to buy he pushed to get us to complete quickly so he could hit his months target. We collected with another advisor but the keys batteries hadn't been changed as promised, the air con doesn't work so having to go back already to have the air con system fixed and possibly order a new key! Disappointed to say the least

Excellent customer service.
I recently purchased a car fom Motorpoint (Maidstone). Chris helped guiding myself and my wife about the different electric vehicles
that they had available in order to find one that suited us. We had plenty of test rides to help with our choice. We were treated really well at Motorpoint, the service was excellent. Thank you.

Smooth service & no pressure
Smooth service. Friendly and polite. No haggling when arrived at showroom to part exchange my old car. What was agreed on the phone was honoured.

Sold an unsafe vehicle. Avoid.
Bought a car less than two weeks ago. The tyre pressure light was on when we left the Maidstone site, the salesman assured me he’d checked them all and they were all fine - the vehicle would ‘recalibrate’ on the drive home. It didn’t.
Took it to the garage today to find out there’s a screw in the tyre so it needs a new one. They’ve also said the brake discs and pads are all completely worn and need replacing. Bearing in mind I drove over 50 miles home in this unsafe vehicle.
Absolutely awful and dangerous service that I naively trusted actually check the vehicles they sell before they take your money.
