Fantastic staff!
Couldn’t do enough for me, brilliant!

The person serving me was polite and courteous.
You are welcome to make coffee or tea while you wait. All was done within 2hours.
Very happy with my car.

No pressure on us while looking at cars, very knowledgeable about the car we was looking at, relaxed atmosphere in showroom. Payment made really easy with our guy👍

Easy process from choosing the car to collection day. Great service experience given as I mistakenly reserve the wrong car. Swapping over was seamlessly easy and all members of staff were very helpful.
The colleague on collection day was very helpful and patient with us when we had difficulty with payment.

The staff at Motorpoint were very helpful and professional during my search for a new car. I am very grateful to Khalem whose knowledge and advice was very impressive throughout. I think the showroom is excellent and it was noticeable that the management pride themselves in keeping all areas to the highest standards. In future if I was to look for a new car I would not hesitate to go back to Motorpoint Manchester.

Our Salesmen, Kaylum Sharp was a great he really explained everything in high quality detail. Genuine great service from helping me pick out which car was best suitable, to providing me services on which are beneficial. Great experience and made my purchase go very smooth.

Will definitely use Motorpoint Manchester again. Kaylum Sharp was excellent! He had 2 cars prepared for us to view, was very knowledgeable on the model, listened to what was important to me, took the time to find a car in a different showroom, and arranged for it to be transported to our preferred location. He sold the car and Motorpoint using excellent customer service and knowledge of the product, answering all our questions thoroughly and there was no pushy sales pitches. Kaylum came across as passionate about his role and very trustworthy.

I’m now onto my second car from Motorpoint. With my first car, the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I was really happy with the vehicle and had absolutely no issues with it throughout the three years I owned it.

When buying my second car, the team were extremely helpful in finding exactly the model I was looking for. Unfortunately, I did notice a couple of cosmetic issues after taking delivery that weren’t reasonably noticeable during my own inspection. However, Motorpoint were absolutely brilliant at getting everything resolved quickly and professionally.

In the past, I’ve had to battle with dealerships over after-sales issues and poor customer service, so this was a refreshing experience. I genuinely can’t fault Motorpoint’s customer service. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that if you do come across an issue after purchasing a vehicle, they’ll do their best to put it right.

Based on both of my experiences, I’d happily recommend Motorpoint to anyone looking for a used car.

All straightforward, good fair part exchange price, great price for the car i purchased. Staff were good.

Fantastic quick easy will buy from you again

Staff were for the most part very helpful and always very pleasant, but ultimately I was sold a car that had faults and had to be rejected. Special mention for mechanic Reece tried his best to sort it out.

Excellent service from Tee & Dina, nothing was too much trouble, all questions answered, courteous and polite all through the selling process.
