Straight forward with no hassle

We purchased our car from Motorpoint in Manchester. The salesman Ben was very polite and helpful he answered all our questions, and helped us with the transaction which made it easy for us. Thank you Ben.

Picked up a Kia Picanto, the staff were amazing, and there was no pressure to make a sale and couldn’t help enough. Ben Faulkner was our sales rep and explained everything and was very professional. Price of the car was worth every penny.

Salesmen well versed in their knowledge of cars that made it a comfortable sale.

Motor point offered me the best price for my car, more than the part exchange offer I got for my new car. They are very professional and very thorough so sellers beware! If your car has any in-perfections that you have not declared, they will find them and your quote will be reduced accordingly. I have no issue with this at all, it's exactly as it should be and as they advertise. Paperwork etc could have been simpler if the agent had asked me to bring in a settlement figure for that day (had to call the finance company for the figure), other than that the money went through very quickly. Looking at their set up I would think that if you bought a car from them you could be certain that is was good. Would definitely use again.

Easy way all good

Made an appointment at mancherster branch for Saturday morning turned up given my valuation and then told no mechanic in till Monday, so having agreed a price pending mechanic report went away leaving the car there . Why not tell you this before you arrive on a weekend . So no phone call by 1400hrs so I had to phone them to find out where my money was only to be told they didnt want my car because the engine oil was milky and my head gasket had blown . Total rubbish , collected my car and went to my mechanic who inspected the oil and tested the engine no blown head gasket it was normal residue from a car that doesn't do a lot of running temp running mainly stop start trips .
Wouldn't use or advise anyone to use them because there mechanics are obviously not real ones

From the website, to George in the office to Ben and Abdul in the depot… positive / professional. The smoothest purchase of a car we have ever had. Any concerns / glitches ironed out - patient and nothing was too much trouble… excellent customer service. Will be returning as 2 other family members need wheels. It was refreshing as sadly Skoda, Cupra and Toyota had largely ignored us on entering their showrooms. Only MG (Stockport & Knutsford) and Peugeot showed us what a good buying experience should look like. What’s happened to the art of selling? Our faith has been restored for now. We got the right car (Hyundai Kona at a good price and a fair trade in deal).

Kaylem was brilliant he made the deal go very smooth, nothing was too much trouble.He went the extra mile.

It was a great experience – everything was really quick and easy. Ben was really lovely and took the time to go through everything with me. He showed great knowledge and explained things clearly, which made the whole process feel straightforward. He was also really supportive throughout. There was also another lovely gentleman who helped me when I came to collect the car. He made the process really quick and easy again, and I was able to drive my new car away in less than an hour.

Overall, it was a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend Motorpoint to any friends or family members who are looking for a car.

Ben dealt with me and was friendly, efficient and professional although his only disadvantage was being a Burnley fan! 🤣

My wife and I have just purchased our second car from Motorpoint Manchester a BMW after previously buying a Mercedes-Benz CLA from them. Once again, the whole process was smooth and stress free.

I don't want to be hassled I want to identify the car I want and do what's needed to be able to drive away in it. Mototpoint helped me do that without all the additional "faff"

I did the online valuation of my car I wanted to sell, and it came back very favourably I was honest regards damage ect.
I turned up at my appointment time had my documents scanned they took my key examined my car, approximately half an hour later came back and gave me the figure quoted online.
I thought they were really easy to deal with and the whole experience was very pleasant, I would highly recommend motor point regards selling a car.

The service we received was second to none Kaylum went the extra mile in finding the vehicle which was right for us and at the right price. In the whole process there was no hard sell which often happens at other companies, in all it was a pleasant experience

Recently bought a car from the Manchester branch, i was able to browse at ease with no pressure or hard sell. There is no managment no customer services .
1 found a car went to buy it and was told can drive off in an hour. Made an appointment went there as soon turn the engin on , infotainment wasn't working. Big orange light as central locking system failure. How can you call someone when the car is in that state.
2 went to buy another car bought three year warranty and was told everything is cover apart from battery and tyres. After buying next day in raining windscreen wipers dosenot working and car key bettery required . I went to Manchester and guy said its just £10 i said if £10 bothers a big company like yes it bothers me and he said sorry bro this not my company I dont owe this company. I guarantee with that kind of wipers you will not able to get you mot passed. So had to buy wind screen whipers and car keys battery next day i bought my car.
3 after 4 week there was a jerk in my car was adviced to go to grage came to know issue with Ad blue tank and dpf. warranty refused to take care of dpf. Imagine car bought within 4 week and warranty refused. Went to motor point and they took 6 week to decide and said they will cover the cost. They took my car and returned it after 6 to 8 week and that jerk is still there I got no clue what to do. Its not easy to conect with them long long wait in 5 month that car was not with me for four month. I just drove that car 1000 miles .I had a very very bad experience any time I had to go to customer services as they treat you piece of shit. At one point a lady from Customer services said have patience as you asking us to put a lot of money. Omg its not me asking you to spend money on that car. Its your responsibility. Its you guy sold me that crap and trick me.Now after 5 month I recived my car still the same with same jerk and standing nowhere and dont know what to do. I even wasn't told what they have done with my car, if they have replaced my dpf or not. I jut drove this car 1000 miles in 5 to 6 month and used it just for one month and it was parked due to problem.
5 I had no loan car while dealing with issue even when my car was in workshop they only gave me loan car when they took my to replace the dpf ( which I dont believe they replaced ) and when I went to collect my car they said I need to pay £250 as there are some screthes when I saw it took tissue and cleaned it it was just the mud. They insist I still have to pay otherwise won't release my car is have pics and video there was no scratch at all so I can post online while she was there however came to me later and said we manage to buff those scratchs so I dont have to pay. I was like but there was no screthes nothing.
6 when I was handed over my car there are 2 3 big thick scratch which are even through the paint. I contected with them and they said we will not do anything about those screthes as we didn't charge you for scratch on loan car. I email them sent videos of loan car and mentioned no impact, no scratch and request them to take care of scratch on my car however they stopped replaying my emails now.
7 when I was handed over my car no paperwork provided no information was given that what they have done if they have replaced dpf aur repair nothing.
At every single step every single step it was stressful, painfull and absolute embarrassing.
Yes they are slightly cheep in price but it comes with loads of time waste and energy. Most of there cars comes with no floor mate, tools . So 1000 aur few hundred cheaper car dose not worth it even cost you so much extra.
