Very satisfied with my experience buying a new car.

We wasn't hassled when looking around the cars. We were told where the specific area was for the cars we were interested in. When we needed assistance there were staff on hand. As there were only a few models I was interested in, I was shown other models in their other stores. Nothing was too much when help was required. Overall very happy with price for my part exchange and love my new car.

The service is second to none the staff are always very helpful if you need it they don't follow you around unless you need anything .
All the cars are very good price well worth a look around

Gianluco the salesman was exceptional in the level of support he gave me. Having just lost our son in March, my husband became seriously ill in hospital with his dementia following our son's sudden and unexpected death from sepsis and, final straw, his beloved car which he had bought brand new in 2018 becoming too uneconomical for me to maintain, I had no alternative but to look for a smaller, cheaper vehicle. I was treated with the utmost kindness and compassion - and my new car is just exactly what I needed.

My anxiety was through the roof .

generally very good although had to wait a while to see staff although had a appointment time on first visit
On picking car up , sales person I had a appointment with not there, other member of staff were ok.
sadly small fault on car was not sorted. and having been a loyal customer I was refused complementary floor mats which I had been give previously, small gesture but would have been good

Good price. Good showroom. Likeable salesman Adam. Downpoint was door protection device was broken. Was promised a replacement in post. Received wrong part, rang up for correct part sending, then nothing.-still waiting for replacement part. Also car has battery deteriation issue that ford will have to remedy

They were friendly felt relaxed from walking in. Was unsure what I wanted but they were patient went through which cars i liked till I found the one

I knew exactly which car I wanted and the staff were able to help me very quickly. The whole buying process from viewing to driving away was finished within 24 hours.

James was brilliant, listened to what we wanted, gave us space to browse and was ready with information when needed.

In my experience motorpoint was excellent the staff were polite and very helpful as was the service and I thought that the price was reasonable

5 stars easy choice. After receiving a fair offer for my car, I bought an as new condition 75 reg VW Polo from Motorpoint Sheffield who's sales team made me feel very welcome and my purchase experience easy.
