Mountain Dog レビュー

Great service and fast delivery. Ordered the front range harness in M but too small so returned without hassle and re-ordered in L/XL.
Great quality. Happy dog.
Thank you! 🐾

Brilliant service. I bought the wrong size and exchanged for a new one, sent everything over but forgot to put return slip in so decided to call them. They picked up the phone super quick but they had by then fixed the problem with the missing document.
Thank you so much for how easy you made this experience 🤍

Excellent product so glad i found this lead,
and great service too.

I had been trawling the internet looking for a waterproof coat for my Black Labrador. On placing the order with Mountain Dog, i realised i had incorrectly entered the delivery address. On emailing the team, i had a response within minutes which is unheard of these days. The coat is high quality and fits perfectly. Would definitely use again and would recommend without a second thought. Many thanks for all your assistance. Definately 5 stars

Toys arrived yesterday pups very happy delivery was quick

Fantastic products and a super fast service, ordered my dog a new harness and I'm not disappointed, I couldn't believe how little my dog was pulling compared to his old harness but after a week I'm convinced it's definitely reduced his pulling by about 90%

The customer service was outstanding and helped me solve a problem of my own making. A super quick exchange of goods was arranged - thank you.

My order arrived quickly and the toys are just as ordered on the website.
The kong dinosaur however has small leatherette type parts on its back, and my staffy had those off in seconds. These type of Kong toys don’t seem to be quite as indestructible as they make out. However the King mega rope is still in damaged at this point so that’s good.
That is nothing against Mountain Dog of course, I found their service and pricing to be very good. Thank you from me and my pupper

Really pleased with the items we bought from Mountain Dog for our Cocker Spaniel Max. The coat is of a really high quality as is the harness and lead. Quick delivery as well.

This collar is a winner in every way - strong, vibrant color, and an adjustable fit. My dogs are not just comfortable but also stylish.

I bought a 5m long line and it is brilliant. Super light weight, yet sturdy, and unlike the rope lead I had before, doesn't leave burn marks! It is also much easier to carry around

Easy to use website for ordering, plenty of information about products. Quick delivery and good customer communication

The light is very robust and our dog does in and out the bramble and so far light is still intact and in place!

Sadly the harness I purchased was not suitable. However delivery, return and refund was very efficiently dealt with. I would be very happy to purchase items from this Company again.

Worried that it might fall off .. we will see used on a short walks so far and thankfully stayed on and still charged

Excellent product , delivery by Parcel Force with no notification which day being delivered so missed and returned to depot 23 miles away so we had to collect.

Very well made sturdy rucksack for carrying our young puppy when she gets tired. Very comfortable to wear with padded shoulder straps. Lots of handy compartments. A great product, would highly recommend.

Great little collar light which doesn’t look massive on our Patterdale Terrier. Really bright and help us see her in the pitch black.

Speedy delivery with a quality product that should last our puppy for a few years once he grows into it. The double action chocker dangles close to the ground at the moment!
