The team arrived on time, were polite knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner.
They took great care of our tub and moved it to exactly where we wanted it positioned in the new property.
Would definitely recommend .

Simon and Scott were excellent. They were polite, professional, and hardworking, and they genuinely deserve 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the company itself was a complete shambles. Extra VAT charges were suddenly introduced without being made clear upfront, despite an all-inclusive price being agreed. Being told afterwards to “read the small print in the terms and conditions” is not an acceptable excuse for poor transparency.

Getting an invoice was unnecessarily difficult. I was told I had to pay first and only then would I receive an invoice, which is not how professional businesses operate. I requested a secure payment link instead of paying over the phone, yet this was not prepared in advance. As a result, I was left standing around for over 30 minutes, unable to leave, and ended up missing a scheduled meeting due to their incompetence and lack of organisation.

What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. The pressure to pay immediately, the refusal to provide proper documentation upfront, and the last-minute VAT demand demonstrate extremely poor customer service and internal processes.

Outstanding on-site staff, but extremely poor management and administration. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them.

Simon and Scott came to move my hot tub in for me and they transported it quickly and safely into position was really happy would recommend!

Service as described and expected. No issues and Simon + Scott were very friendly.

The team were great from start to finish. We were moving house and wanted to take our hot tub with us. The team flushed it through, cleaned the entire tub, wrapped it and took the unit, the lid and steps into storage. It was there for 3 months whilst we moved and had the new site prepared. They then delivered it on time with speed and set it all back up wiring it up into the new position. Had it all delivered, manoeuvred, filled, serviced and working again in the space of a few hours at our new home. Amazing team and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Simon and Scott were brilliant! Move our 6 seat hot tub from a very difficult location which included getting it half way across a park - moved with care and precision left both our old and new property in excellent condition - highly recommend. Enjoy you lr Friday boys!

Absolutely fantastic!! My buyer arranged the collection. Arrived on time and within the hour the tub was loaded and on its way. Really good customer service and friendly guys!

The team arrived as agreed and set about up lifting our hot tub, whole process was carried out with no fuss, very professional throughout and most import no damage to the property or the hot tub.

Lee and Simon arrived 20 minutes early having done another job somewhere in the country quickly got our hot tub on the back of their truck and at our new address managed to back their truck in between two fence panels and put it straight onto our new base.I could not believe what two guys to do with such a heavy expensive toy of ours but done it with ease, would definitely recommend this company 100%

They were brilliant! Emily especially went out of her way to get our Hot Tub moved with 48 hours notice. Amazing work!

Simon and Scott arrived at 8am having travelled from Nottingham to Bristol. They were extremely polite and respected our property. They noticed when moving our hot tub that there was an issue with the wooden frame at the bottom so that we could get it fixed. They were very efficient as there were a few obstacles between where the hot tub was to where it was being moved too, i.e, steps, ponds, gas meters and raised flower beds. All communications with the company were professional, I would highly recommend them. Big thanks to Scott and Simon

Thank you to the team for moving my hot tub from storage to my property. I really appreciate the effort you put in. The hot tub turned out to be bigger and heavier than expected, and it definitely wasn’t an easy job, but you handled it professionally and made sure everything was moved safely.
