The support and help I received was really great. I felt that all responses I received were personal and given with the aim of getting my machine back up and working. Rapid, thoughtful and useful support meant they I was able to be making coffee again in no time at all.

I contacted Mr BeanToCup to check I was ordering the right pump replacement, and they took the time to support the issue, reviewing videos and then advising me to check the flow meter first.

I then proceeded to open the machine in my own time and found a blockage in the flow meter which I was able to remove.

They were incredible helpful, and without their advice I would have been purchasing replacement parts which would not have resolved the issue.

I needed some technical info to repear my coffe machine. I send a request with the technical details. And it was a good surprise to receive the technical detail needed within 2days.. This help me greatly to repear the machine.

The response was very fast and very in-depth help and guidance and solved all my issues that I was having with my machine.

I had an issue with my Delonghi Eletta Bean to cup machine, I had a rough idea what was wrong with it so went looking online for parts. I came across the Mr Bean2Cup website and looking through the excellent part diagrammes I was able to easily locate and order the part I was looking for.

After I placed the order I was having second thoughts to whether the part I had ordered was going to actually fix the issue and whether I needed to order more parts while I had the machine apart.

I contacted Mr Bean2Cup and asked some questions and the service I received was absolutely amazing, he could not have been more helpful, extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help me.

The parts arrived very quickly and were well packaged, my machine is now working again and I am very happy.

If I ever require any parts for my machine in the future I will order them from here exclusively, I am looking at buying a manual espresso machine and coffee grinder. This purchase will definitely be made here.

I contacted MrBean2Cup to see if they could help me. I was not looking to buy a replacement part for my Delonghi machine but for advice about a part I had dislodged whilst cleaning my coffee maker - where should this loose part go? Despite it being Christmas break, Zsolt from MrBean2Cup, promptly replied to my email and I was quickly back in business! Should I need any help in the future, I will certainly contact this helpful company.

I needed a part for my obsolete Gaggia machine. I received a prompt response to my enquiry and received the correct part quickly after ordering on line.

I've used this company a few times over the years for servicing and spares, but when the old machine finally died and couldn't be economically repaired, it was time to look out for a new one.

I would just like to thank Zslot for bringing back to life my Delonghi EASM 4200 S.Having spoken to Delonghi direct which was about much fun as a chocolate teapot,they claimed that they no longer offer repairs for machines over 10 years And I know mine is from November 2011. When I reached out to Zsolt via telephone after finding his website he could not have been more empathetic,kind and thoughtful when I explained my issue with my machine, I could not ask for a more professional courteous service that he provided having identified the fault and cost of repair at £82 including parts and his time. I would thoroughly recommend him as he can teach Delonghi how to look after there customers,my coffee has never tasted better and the machine works flawlessly and I hope it will go on for the next ten years.
