Easy to find the right part which came quickly and well packaged

I want for help with an out of date part. They were so helpful and told me what part I would need – I ordered it and it arrived the next day and they were wonderful

They have lots of experience with all coffee makers.
I have to travel from South London by train, using my Freedom Pass, it's a long way, but well worth it.

Ordered coffee machine cleaner, milk circuit cleaner for Gaggia machine.
All arrived promptly & very pleased

Only place I have found that does the correct group gasket for a Gaggia Cubika (classic).

Other places say all the gaskets are the same and sell one that is too thick for the Cubika!

Our thanks for replacing our 20 year old Gaggia Classic Coffee Machine in 48 hours with a shiny new machine, we can now continue to drink the excellent coffee these machines produce! The seamless collaboration between retail outlet and warehouse was really impressive.
