Now that their (mostly security theater, like all banks) authentication is supposed to run through Rocket Mortgage, I can't log in at all through a VPN. What is it with banks no longer happy having abysmal security themselves, but now trying to force their customers to expose themselves online just to be able to continue to use online banking? Is this really the best you can do in 2025 for security, to just block IP addresses?

In February 2025, I was given a 60 day delinquency notation on my credit report by Mr. Cooper, that was fraudulently caused by a lie from a loan officers lies at The Federal Savings Bank ("Mr. Conner Patterson").
I provided all the facts and information to Mr. Cooper and ask if the negative information could be removed from my credit report, but it was all to no avail, which caused me to have to wait an additional "8 months" in order to refinance my loan to take advantage of the lower interest rates at that time!
