This is an ongoing situation. Paperwork submitted beginning of Nov for state property tax exemption due to 100% disabled vet, p &t. Got an initial letter I would be contacted by cross country tax department...no word. But I sure the heck have had my escrow RAISED almost $100. Exemption STARTS Jan 1, 2026. No word, and when I call, conflicting information or misinformation. My mortage payments should be LOWERED between $400 and $500 dollars a month. Instead, the escrow review increased it. Do I need to make a formal complaint to the state of Florida?

I am unable to sign in to my account so I can pay my mortgage. I had to change my email address. I could not do it online so I called and a representative did it for me. I have been unable to log in ever since. I called to get help and was told I couldn't sign in because the site was changing over to Rocket. I would just like to pay my mortgage.

3 years of ongoing issues
Issues began soon after our mortgage was taken over by Nationstar Mr Cooper Mortgage Servicing. First it was a demand for 690.00 for an escrow shortage due to home owners insurance increase of 100.00 that year Cleary the math didn't add up took 6 months to resolve that. Soon after we applied to have our escrow removed. All that was required was 12 months of no late payments and LTV 80% or lower at that time..our LTV @ 65 % STILL DENIED was informed we had 10 late payments NEVER ONCE were we late. After digging through 2.5 years of bank statements providing proof of no lates we were still denied escrow account removal.. At that point I gave up and filed reports to our States department of Consumer Finance State Attorney General United States Attorney General Federal Trade Commission it was extremely time consuming frustrating and exhaustive to say the least however the 690.00 shortage was removed..
Moving forward to May 2025 our statement showed 2224.00 LATE PAYMENTS! Again we never had been late! This was just about the time Rocket Mortgage merger was taking place once again several calls dealing with inept CSR's our loan file was transfered and escalated to upper management.
The issue was finally resolved and they blamed an internal problem with the system?
I now have a direct contact that so far has been of great help. Reading all these wonderful comments about this fraudulent corrupt FINANCIAL Institution as well as doing my own research I can't help but wonder if they are paid to recommend Mr Cooper AKA Rocket Mortgage..
I highly recommend examining every statement for accuracy!
