I ordered 8th April 2023, finally received exchange 20th October 2023.

My order arrived 28th May 2023, it did not fit, I returned for a different size. I paid £10 postage as they didn't cover returns.

The parcel was then returned back to me refused at their end.

I emailed them, & this time they sent a free return label.

I've finally received my exchange, one item has a hole in the pocket. Quality is poor, prints nice, poor fit around crotch/baggy, soft & warm though.

Overall I wouldn't recommend. Took over 6 months to get any products, & I'm not that impressed. So many emails, waiting & disputes.

Nach der Bestellung meiner Hoodies, sah ich erst die vielen negativen Bewertungen hier....ich kann euch nur eines sagen und zwar, habt etwas Geduld. Ich habe meine Bestellung am 4.8.23 aufgegeben und bezahlt. Am 7.8.23 wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Sachen jetzt produziert werden. Am 25.8.23 hieß es, dass sich die Bestellung um 2 Wochen verzögert und als ich denen nochmals eine E-Mail schrieb und fragte, wie lange es noch dauert, wurde mir gesagt, dass es insgesamt 4-6 Wochen dauert. Ich hatte auf Grund der Erfahrungen hier schon die Befürchtung, es würde überhaupt nichts geliefert, aber am 2.10.23 erhielt ich endlich die Nachricht, dass meine Ware im Lager ist und heute am 10.10.23 kam sie endlich an. Super Qualität auch wenn 70%Baumwolle und 30% Polyester ist, aber dafür sehen die Motive wie auf den Bildern aus. Wer also 2 Monate warten kann, wird nicht enttäuscht

Delivery took months, which was not made clear before paying. After such a long wait the items did not fit well so it was overall very disappointing.

Po zamówieniu i 10 dni czekania bez i formacji napisałem maila i od razu wyjaśnili, że mają duże obłożenie i trzeba poczekać trochę dłużej, po tygodniu od razu dostałem maila że moje zamówienie będzie zaraz przygotowane i rzeczywiście następnego dnia już wysłali paczkę. Dobrze zapakowana a ubrań o podobnej jakości ciężko znaleźć w sklepie od razu zamówiłem kolejne, polecam mocno ;)

Même si il y a eu beaucoup d attente et raison de commande à préparer, plus d un mois après j ai enfin reçu ma commande. Et je ne suis pas déçu, magnifique vêtements, on verra lors du 1er passage en machine voir si cela ne bouge pas.

Daję 4 gwiazdki bo nie jestem raczej roszczeniowy ale kiedyś zamówiłem ubrania z przedpłatą. Czekałem parę miesięcy i ze smutkiem czytałem negatywne opinie. Po kolejnym przesunięciu daty dostawy poprosiłem o zwrot kasy, który niezwłocznie otrzymałem. Kontaktowałem się drogą mailową i spotkałem się z profesjonalnym podejściem. Bluza mi się tak podobała, że zamówiłem drugi raz ale już za pobraniem i z nastawieniem, że nie mam przecież nic do stracenia. Ku mojemu zdziwieniu po dwóch dniach zawitał kurier. Nie rozumiem zaistniałej sytuacji ale finalnie jestem zadowolony z towaru.

1.- take long time to arrive it, like 2 month, you can not cancel your purchase, you just can wait and they give you the option when your purchase arrive you can return.
2.- the size is weird because the fabric stretch is not horizontally so is not comfortable because is not easy to stretch but vertical is the stretch way. For this situation the printer is not altered.
My conclusions are:
If they have faster delivery and they have a better customer service plus the leggings will be horizontal stretched with the printer not fuzzy, it would be perfect because the fabric is soft and thick.

Smooth Communication via Email
I ordered 2 Hoodies in May, but unfortunately delivery took almost 4 Weeks.
Unfortunately, the Hoodies also turn out much smaller than described in the size Table.
I ordered XS because I compared the measurements with my bodysuit.
I kept the Hoodies in my closet and didn't wear them, was able to send them back via Email Communication and received my Money into my original Payment Account without any Problems.
I can therefore Recommend the Company!! :)

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Absolutely horrible company! I ordered bikini set for my holiday and after a week of waiting and not getting any tracking number (though I paid for express delivery) i contacted the customer service. They said that the delivery time will be around 4-6 weeks!!!!! And that each product are sewn to individual order.
Nothing was mentioned on the web-site about such long delivery and especially that somehow the bikini set will be sewn to individual order… I told them that I want to cancel my order and to receive my money back.
They refused to do it.
Absolutely horrible company and service and they misleading customers. I wish I read all reviews before I placed the order!
Never buy anything from them!
P.S. even after 6 weeks I did not get my order as there was another delay. In the end I got the bikini set only after 3!!! months and the bikini was not good. Do not buy from this company!

La qualité des tissus est inégale sur 3 t shirt commandés 100% polyester il y en a un des 3 qui est beaucoup plus fin et léger et se lave a 30 contrairement aux 2 autres a 40 alors que les 3 sont 100% polyester pourquoi? Les t shirts commandés en L taillent M, il faut savoir qu'ils taillent très très près du corps et sont très serrés au niveau des aisselles ce qui est désagréable, bref seule l'impression est réussie, pour tout le reste je suis déçu.

Das die Lieferung länger braucht als Gedacht war klar. Allerdings bin ich gar nicht zurieden damit, das die Shirts jetzt einfach aus Polyester bestehen, obwohl sie vorher aus Baumwolle waren. Man schwitzt und stinkt, typisch für Plastik, will doch keiner. Am Liebsten will ich sie zurückgeben, da sich generell Plastik auf der Haut nicht gut anfühlt.

Order was dispatched on 26.07. I paid 15 euro for express delivery, some express delivery just there, it's been a week and no sign. A long wait to dispatch too but I guess they warn of that in advance. Curious what will be the quality of products...

Waited around 6 weeks. All the leggings are too small, absolute waste of money

Après quelques échanges j’accepte un remplacement de la commande en production expresse (ce dont je doute vu les délais de la première )
Ça ne rate pas , je suis déjà parti en vacances , de nouveau délais pas respectés
J’envoie un mail pour leur dire que je ne suis plus intéressé que je veux être remboursé (avant la notification de prise en charge par GLS !)
Évidemment 48h après colis pris en charge et livraison en cours ….

Les produits ont l’air originaux, mais c’est juste inadmissible et incroyable tant d’incompétence !

Having had to wait just under two months for my order to arrive (ordered 1st April, received 20th May), I was surprised at the poor quality material and faded, blurry print of the jumpers I'd ordered. I subsequently returned them a few days later. It is now the 24th of July and I have yet to received my money back. I've gone as far as to raised a complaint with the EU Commission. Avoid at all costs.

Towar zamówiony w połowie kwietnia, do dzisiaj t.j. 20.07.2023 nadal go nie otrzymałem. Teraz to już nie ma znaczenia, bo był mi potrzebny na wyjazd. W życiu nie spodziewałbym się, że można czekać ponad 3 miesiące (a kto wie ile dłużej) na zamówienie. Masakra.

Ordered in January and never received the order. after 3 months of waiting they finally sent something but according to tracking it was returned to their country, because they probably messed up the address. They keep promising they will resend it again but of course never happened.

Am 06.06.2023 initial bestellt und bezahlt (via PayPal)

14.07.2023 Rückfrage durch mich beim Shop: (zwei Wochen nach der "zwei Wochen" E-Mail) - schließlich gab es ja "nur" ein Problem beim Versand, oder?
Antwort vom Support: Lieferung kann am 31.07.2023 verschickt werden.
Des Weiteren wurde mir noch vom Support erklärt, dass ich die Bestellung nicht stornieren kann!

07.08.2023 Fall wurde an PayPal zur Klärung übergeben: "Sinacco hat bis zum 17. August 2023 Zeit, uns zu antworten." (Sinacco: Dieser Name wird auf Paypal verwendet/angezeigt)

But before that happened: we stretched, analysed, scanned, compared... and all that to make sure the whole thing has been perfectly done. We take care about our clothes because we care about you."
Komsicher Zufall, ausgerechnet einen Tag NACHDEM ich PayPal eingeschaltet habe?

Aber die Kirsch kam heute... deshalb habe ich mir extra die Mühe gemacht diese Bewertung ausführlich zu ergänzen :)

Man möchte hier mit Sicherheit den geschundenen Kunden entschädigen und nicht eine negative Bewertung los werden. Sowas wäre ja ein sehr unseriöses und verwerfliches Vorgehen und dies möchte ich niemandem unterstellen.

Purchased end of April.

Month in asked where my purchase is. They said that there wad a 4 - 6 weeks waiting list. May came by. Nothing. Asked again said it would be shipped by the 12th July. No shipping details sent.

Do not give this company your money. They are a scammets.

It's hilarious because the customer support is pretty quick in getting back to you.

Currently going through PayPal dispute to get my money back.

If I could give them minus ratings I would.

It's been 2 and a half months.
