8weeks waiting. Can't cancel ordrer. Can retur after reciewing but at myvown cost. Money withdrawel at time off order. Can't recommend to order. Hope at least it will be fine when I mayby at some point recieve My hoodie.

Mixed feelings - the delivery was abnormally slow, even for made-to-order company. Waited nine weeks to receive my goods, customer service kept me informed about the estimated timeline, which was accurate in the end. After I received the products, I was surprised by the quality of the print, and overall feeling of the hoodies and sweat pants. Would recommend this place if you are not in a rush, but otherwise would definitely not order from here.

Ordered something on 13th December to Poland. Still waiting on 29th December. Call to helpline went unanswered. Steer clear.

Long delivery, poor quality, bad cheap material, I would say it doesn't contain any cotton as the label says. I do not believe they make it in Poland, they just order cheap goods in China and sell for high prices and that is the explanation for the long delivery.

On peut lire sur le site qu’ils ont 21 jours pour transmettre la commande au livreur, 21 jours après la commande je reçoit un mail « commande retardée »

Je m’y attendais vu les avis mais ça reste pas normal
Donc on verra si on reçoit la commande un jour ! En attendant effectivement ne soyez pas du tout pressés … j’espère la recevoir avant le retour de l’été ça serait bête d’avoir des pull sous 40 degrés.

Update 27th December: Opened a PayPal case, mrgugu replied asking me to close it and wait... If I'd done that, then I'd never be able to reopen it. They've closed it, will never shop here again and I'd suggest you don't either.

If you want your items in a hurry, don't bother.

Expect some wait but them a further email of extending the lead time by around 2 weeks, but no promise it'll be within that timeframe.

J'ai commandé 3 sweatshirts le 03/10 en prévision de mes cadeaux de Noël. Autant vous dire que j'ai du prévoir un plan B : Je les attends toujours.
Zero visibilité sur la progression de la commande, des mensonges toujours plus gros du service commercial que j'ai relancé régulièrement...
N'ayant plus besoin des sweats (grâce au plan B), j'ai fini par demander un remboursement qui a été refusé par la société sous prétexte que, la commande étant en cours, ils ne peuvent pas l'arrêter. J'aurais du regarder les avis sur ce site avant de passer cette commande.

I regret I had not read the reviews before I ordered from this company. This company does not deserve even 1 star. I placed the order on 11th November. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. On the 8th December I contacted them and they assured me that all orders placed before 6th December will be delivered before Christmas. Now just few days left and status of my order has not changed! Please do not buy from them.

My order was delivered late, but the team informed me and answered my questions fast.
I got the order yesterday and i can say it was worth the wait! So nice hoodies! My husband and son are going to be so happy at Christmas.

Really nice colours of products but lenghty wait and sizes are way too small, I can't wear anything so went to the bin.

Ordered my item in beginning if 2023 August, today is the middle of December and parcel is still not here.

Very disappointed.

Der Versand ist bereits 6 Wochen verspätet, vor 3 Wochen würde eine Nachricht geschickt, dass es sich um eine Woche verzögert würde, seitdem würde nichts geschickt
Die schlimmste Erfahrung uberhaupt, ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen

Am 7.9.2023 hab ich drei Tshirts bestellt. Am 28.9. erhielt ich dann die Information, dass meine Bestellung zwei Wochen verspätet ist.
Am 14.10. hab ich dann das erste mal rückgefragt warum meine Bestellung noch nicht versendet wurde. Zwei Tage später die Antwort: "Our clothes are designed to order in our production plant in Bielsko-Biała. The production time is approximately 21 days. However, due to increased demand for our brand, orders are currently being fulfilled in 4-6 weeks. On the day of shipment, we will send a tracking link to the email address provided in the order."

Am 30.10. habe ich nochmal rückgefragt, wo denn die Bestellung bleibt und wurde erneut auf den 15.11. vertröstet. Am 16.11. habe ich wieder rückgefragt und ihnen mitgeteilt, dass ich meine Bestellung stornieren werden, wenn sie nicht bis zum 23.11. versendet wird. Siehe da: am 17.11. wurde meine Bestellung endlich verschickt und kam am 21.11. an.

Die Tshirts sind übrigens 100% Polyester - ergo billiges Plastik. Das Hawaii Hemd ist 50% Baumwolle und 50% Polyester. Dafür sehen die Motive tatsächlich so aus wie auf der Website.

TLDR: die Bestellung kam tatsächlich nach 2,5 Monaten an und der Kundensupport ist sehr bemüht.

J'ai relancé sans cesse ( reponse en mail rapide de leur part) mais le délai de fabrication a était sans cesse repoussé
Je recommande quand même cette société mais faut pas être pressé de recevoir sa commande

Firma tragiczna, omijać szerokim łukiem. Zwyczajni złodzieje pobierają pieniądze i nie ma szans na dostawę towaru

Very long wait. Kept saying just a bit longer. Offered free items etc etc. opened a PayPal refund in the end.
