The boxes are fabulous with lovely fabrics of high quality and useful added extras. The customer support team were great on a query I had with one of the plushie patterns, acknowledging my query immediately and advising who they had sent it to for response, keeping me updated along the way and fully responded within 3 days. Exceptional service.

I had an issue with my latest box and reached out to customer service. I received a quick response and Mrs Quilty made it right.

I am a newbie to sewing in general but have been wanting to try quilting for sometime.
With the monthly Mrs Quilty box having patterns and a video it’s made it easy to complete my projects.

Fabulous customer service! There was a subscription issue, so I contacted the, via their website. The issue was addressed and resolved within 24 hrs---no resistance, just help. They are a delight to deal with!

Customer service is great. They respond quickly to any questions and problems you may have. Subscription is on time and seems to d be of good quality. Emails accompany the shipping and tracking. If a problem occurs, customer service immediately responds and tries to help solve the problem.

Ordered my first box it arrived quite quickly, just before my holiday 20th June, so not used yet. Struggled with downloading the free patterns but after a quick conversation on chat, then referred to support. An email from support provided a new link which worked straight away. I'm looking forward to using my box as soon as the weather cools down a bit

When I first ordered a subscription for monthly boxes, I read some bad reviews.
I dont understand why because I have had superb service. And the customer service is awesome.
My favorite part about my monthly box, is opening it. I can't wait to see what treasures are inside. The little gifts each month are wonderful. The packing presentation is beautiful.
I recently asked what happens after my 12th box. Do they repeat? I was told no.
As a new quilter, I think Mrs. Quilty is the best. I have learned new patterns and techniques.

The customer service team at Mrs. Quilty are amazing!! I had a question, which they answered quickly, but even more impressive… they gave me a huge discount on the item I was inquiring about!! I was so excited!! I appreciate you all so much!!!

I had been subscribed to the monthly pattern, the monthly block box, and the Fat Quarters box. At first, it was fine, but then they started taking longer and longer to receive. They would sit in Hebron, KY, for days. After I received an email saying the boxes were shipped. I complained to no avail. One day, they were having what they called a 3FOR2 sale, which I ordered 2 sets of pins and a set of French rulers. I received the pins, but I kept getting apologies about the rulers. Well, two days ago, while in the hospital, I finally received the rulers. I had to scratch an Anniversary quilt at the last minute and start making a different one because I didn’t have them. Long story short, the rulers I was charged $19.99 for are not worth $5.00; they were made in China and are as flimsy as a plastic bag. I contacted them today, and they are offering me a 50% refund. I have told them no; I want my full refund of $19.99, and by now I have canceled all my subscriptions with them. I want to warn people about how long it takes to get anything from them, and the quality is not that good; as I can see, these are flimsy rulers. Not to mention that a few of the fat quarters were fraying very badly.

I have had the subscription box for a few months, but I recently applied for their ambassador program and was accepted. The process was easy. The fabric I have gotten from Mrs. Quilty has been a great quality also the boxes come with different notions and a book that has step by step details on how to make the different patterns.
