I have had a great experience with Mrs. Quilty. The boxes I have received are beautiful. The fabric is so nice, much better than some of the fabrics I buy in the store. So soft and easy to work with.

This company took the time to explain what happened when I placed the order….and made everything right. I will be glad to try the monthly boxes now. And can’t wait for the new quilt that I ordered. People say I am a fabric snob and looking forward to “feel” the material.

They really work with my subscription and orders. I love the quilting box a month. Good variety of fabrics.

Sent an email because I was missing part of my order. I had a response the same day that it this issue would be looked into.
The following day I received another email with my problem solved, and my missing item sent to me.
Very nice people to interact with, very friendly and very, very efficient.

What a lovely subscription box this is! The fabric is superb quality and it's beautifully packaged.
The little gifts are a lovely touch and very useful.
The project suggestions given in the booklet are so good, the instructions, along with the video link, are very easy to follow.
I had a question and it was answered quickly and so nicely.
I'd highly recommend this subscription box to beginners and experienced sewers alike.

customer service is excellent I get monthly subscription and am very pleased wi'th the quality of the fabric, the size of the physical box is smaller ,making the magazine smaller is size but that is okay I like the changes they have made.

The box that came was lovely and such a nice surprise it had a quilting ruler which I’ve been thinking of buying for a while. The box came super quick and when contacting the company about thinking there was an item missing they dealt with it quickly, it turned out to be my mistake. Will order again, I am not in a position to get subscriptions at the moment but I think it’s definitely worth it.

I believe the folks that create the boxes listened to “us” when we asked for more creative things sew. What a great surprise and enjoyable pattern! It’s rare that anyone actually pays attention anymore… thank you Mrs. Quilty creators!!

Love the quality of the fabric and the excellent instructions. I had a problem logging in but the excellent team sorted me out quickly and we’re so polite and helpful. Love the whole thing.

When I signed up for Mrs. Quilty monthly box I had no idea what was in store. Wonderful crafts and sewing ideas. I’m having such a wonderful time learning and growing my skills.

What a delightful company! I love there subscription boxes. They’re a perfect size & price point plus thoughtful content with special touches. Their customer support is phenomenal!

I wanted to restart my subscription, but swap to the UK site as my original was on the US site. The team got back to me very quickly to explain how to do this and my account was switched and subscription restarted at the right box. I can't wait for box 3 to arrive as I know how good these boxes are.

They are there to help you out and fast to take care of yourself things when needed

I have been a subscriber for 5 months now and I'm so happy with my boxes. They always arrive on time and I look forward to receiving them. The fabrics are lovely quality and a great mix of themed colours. The surprise gift makes it even more special. Of course the booklet is crammed full of projects to suit everyone. All in all it's absolutely great value for money. The Facebook page is great too. If you're thinking of subscribing, Do It!! The support from Mrs Quilty is really good too. Oh, did I mention you will receive an email before your box is posted so if you need to take a break you can just let them know on reply.

I love the fabric and patterns I ordered. I had a little trouble downloading my patterns because I'm not great with the computer but they got back with me quickly.

Mrs. Quilty replied to my request in a timely manner and solved the issue in a way that made me very happy!
