Confusion about offer email
I was confused about an offer email that I received. I was told that there would be a delay before my inquiry was answered, but it took less than an hour for me to receive help from an actual person. My question was cleared up without implying that it was stupid, which I really appreciate. I have not received my first box yet so I cannot comment on the quality there, but the customer service was excellent and faster than expected.

I subscribed to Mrs Quilty and when looking online had a few questions to ask so I sent an email, within ten minutes my mail was answered, by a human being, my questions were answered. High Level of Customer Service
Mrs Quilty staff demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction motivation. This is contrary to many vendors' practices in our modern world. I recently placed an order and neglected to notice a code was needed for the discount I was expecting. I completed my transaction, thinking it would show up in the final step. The next morning I contacted staff at Mrs. Quilty about my issue and inquired about the ability to get an adjustment to my order. They kindly accommodated my request after verifying the purchase. My little bit of luxury
I ordered the Mrs Quilty subscription because I felt I needed inspiration.
These boxes are so lovely. I love that you can keep everything together and stack them.
The fabrics are beautiful colours and 100% cotton. You get a little booklet which has simple to follow instructions and diagrams. Also a handy video tutorial.
Included in the booklet are recipes, jokes and puzzles which was a nice surprise.
I also love the little free gifts, especially great if you are new to sewing and dont have many tools.
You will need extras to complete the projects but thats understandable.
Overall I would say this is a fab subscription. A lovely gift to yourself every month to give you a bit of fun me time and learn a new skill at the same time.
Don't wait. Treat yourself now you won't regret it and you will have some amazing makes in no time. Perfect for little gifts too.

The best subscription I've ever had!
I'm on box #6 already, and it's such a joyful thing to receive each month! The fabrics, free gift and patterns never disappoint. There's a lot of variety...one month might be blue or pink florals, the next could be more masculine or earth tones. But without question, every box is beautiful, with high quality materials. Also, the people working behind the scenes have been wonderful! Amazing customer service..these ladies feel like friends. I feel supported in my journey to learn quilting. This is exactly what I need to learn and grow in my skills. The fabric is cute and good quality. It is especially helpful that that the precut fabric is ready for quilting and doesn't require prewashing and ironing which reduces prep time and avoids fabric fraying that can happen when prewashing small cuts of fabric or really to any fabric in general. I think this aspect really increases the value of the fabric as there is less waste. I was very happy with my first Mrs. Quilty box and the extra Fat Quarter bundles that I ordered and am happy and inspired to do lots of projects. I am grateful for Mrs. Quilty.
