Misleading subscriptions

In small letters, they write that they are a "reoccurring subscription." Then why do they advertise 3 month, 6 month etc.

Their items and fabric are not that fantastic. They are fine, but not worth the buy. I would not recommend.

Poor quality a d poor customer service

I ordered a box but decided I wanted to cancel, I emailed them but they sent the box, more of a timing thing. I asked to return but we agreed I would keep the box at half price. I didn’t want it as others in my sewing circle had said it’s poor quality and not worth the amount. On arrival I agreed, each to their own but this was my view. Thought the matter at this point was closed. However , they then took money from my account and sent a second box. I contacted the company and they were quite unhelpful, with comments like I can’t do anything I have to send to another team and it would take time. To me unacceptable, I work in logistics and customer service and I know the processes, this takes minutes not days.
I have made it clear to my sewing buds to stay clear of this company. Looks great in the adverts but the box is very random and nothing to do with what you actually get, e.g they advertised a box with bunnies, like an Easter box, this is not what you get at all.
Once they have you bank details they just kept taking different funds, not ok!

When you first reached out via email, we offered a 50% refund on the second box and you were able to keep it. We also sent a few follow-ups to make sure everything was okay, but we didn’t hear back from you. Later, when you left a comment on our social media post, we immediately reached out via DM and issued a full refund for the second box, and verified that your subscription was fully canceled.

We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and processes. We’re sorry for any frustration caused and hope this helps clarify the situation.

Avoid unless you want to be stuck forever

Unable to log in to view my subscription as the emails never arrive. Contacted and was told I would hear from technical. Never did. Emailed again and was told not to worry I have a subscription. I wanted to cancel but they ignore those. Got an email saying next box would ship unless I changed date. The links in the email still wouldn't allow me to log on.
They keep sending emails asking how the service was but not actually giving any. Ended up putting a stop on my bank for future payments after the latest payment was taken. Hope the box I have paid for shows up now

Edit: after their reply I have still had no contact. They do keep sending emails asking if I am happy with the service and products but don't respond to replies. They try to sound like they care but still won't deal with the issue

Ordered and received my 1st box, love the fabric and goodies, the free patterns are great for gifts once I have had a ho at making them 😀 looking forward to my next box. 🥰

Did not receive patterns. But received matterial

Joined there club and was expecting patterns and material, and I also ordered additional material. Never recieved the patterns. I signed up for the monthly pattern and material club. Emailed the about the missing patterns and was informed that they could not find my account or if I even ordered anything from there company. If I order something from the company I expect to recieve what I paid for.

missing pattern piece

I have made two plushies! They are so cute. I am dissappointed with all the instruction photos, they are very hard to see.
I am now cutting out pattern pieces for Benny the Puppy, there is no neck pattern piece. The photos on this pattern are worse then th previous two animals.
I also would like it to explain on the pattern pieces that you are cutting each piece on the sew line or is the cutting line the 1/4" line?

Signed up for the subscription 1st box

Signed up for the subscription 1st box. Waited just about a month.
Haven't received it yet still waiting, but delivery said it was delivered. I never got the package and the team wanted to knock on every site in my apartment building. Not sure if this is legit and if I will ever get the box or refunded. Immediately cancelled subscription already. I would say avoid the subscription. Very disappointed.

The stuffed animals were not as described and NOT for beginners

I ordered the multiple patterns for stuffed animals. I have to believe the photos are AI as the pattern doesn’ isn’t capable of making it look like that. The animals are also really small which makes it very small to see such tight seams for a beginner. The instructions are poor, you can’t tell which side of the fabric the picture is, two pattern pieces were named identically, one piece was never addressed on the instructions. Definitely not for beginners.

This is one of the best customer service! Responses were very quick and I had a problem which was resolved without any issues. Highly recommend and the patterns are awesome. I haven’t sewn my first box yet, but looking forward to it.

Great company

I personally do not quilt, but my mother in law does, and she's getting up there in age. I was looking for something that would engage her and keep her busy doing something she likes. I ordered a subscription box sent to her, but then emailed to ask if the fun stuff (the notifications and pattern emails) go to her. I got a real live person responding and within 30 minutes on a weekend! I was NOT expecting such quick and personalized care. If their boxes are like their customer service, this company is a slam dunk!

I love Mrs Quilty

I love Mrs Quilty! The materials and patterns that come in their monthly subscription bases are so nice. Even if I don’t use the patterns I fat quarters are great to add to my stash. I have reached out to customer service a few times with questions. Not only have they gone above and beyond with each interaction, they answer the same day, often the same hour, even on Saturdays and Sundays. Cannot say enough nice things about this company!!

Give me the info I required.

Dissatisfied with the fabric.

I had an issue with the fabric that arrived in my box from Mrs. Quilty so I wrote a letter stating how dissatisfied I was. The fabric is good quality but the look and design of it was horrendous. The folk from Mrs. Quilty responded promptly with a very satisfactory resolution to my issue. I am now continuing my subscription with Mrs. Quilty and very happy to do so.

I love getting my Mrs Quilty boxes always something special. The most recent box had a plastic quilting template which was broken. I contacted Mrs Quilty and they immediately sent me a replacement!

Photo doesn’t match actual pattern

I bought the cat hammock pattern based on a photo I saw on Facebook. The image being used to promote the pattern and on the front page of the instructions shows four straps at each end of the hammock. The pattern has instructions for only two straps at each end. In looking at the photo closer after purchasing the pattern, the photo appears to be AI generated. There are obvious things I should have noticed. The binding is only in part of the back. The quilt pattern and quilting is not natural at all. I only wish I would have paid more attention to the image before my purchase. Trust me when I say I will never buy anything from Mrs Quilty again.
