We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the shipping. Our main warehouses are based in the USA, but for international orders, we sometimes ship from overseas warehouses to ensure quicker delivery in certain regions.

Typically, international orders take about 8-14 business days to arrive. If your box doesn’t arrive within that window, please reach out to our support team at help@mrsquilty.com, and we will resolve the issue for you right away.

We truly appreciate your feedback and hope that if you decide to reconsider in the future, we can provide you with a much smoother experience!
