The website was easy to use, and I found it very easy to locate the item I wanted and had an easy time making the purchase.

Amelia in customer service was also responsiveâI had an initial problem with receiving my patterns through email but was informed I would receive help within 24 hours, and they did follow through to ensure I was able to get my complete purchase as agreed.

My experience was I thought was excited, but I was appreciative of the videos that demonstrated technical problems that I might arise, as I started I relized my childhood experience was in this great beginners project, made it fun even when I saw my work not coming together, I had patients and then things started to be fun!
