Also mittlerweile ist eine Woche


Also mittlerweile ist eine Woche vergangen und mein Felgenband ist immer noch nicht da...auf der Website hatten sie angekÌndigt, dass es max 3 Tage dauert. Ja, Slowakei. Aber dann mÌssen sie ihre Lieferzeiten auch dementsprechend anpassen. Wie andere Bewerter so schnell an ihre Ware gekommen sind...mir ein RÀtsel. Dort bestelle ich nicht mehr.

Misleading delivery - three promised dates missed, item still not delivered

I ordered a part on 5 July, clearly marked "In stock". Your site advertises fast delivery, including "Express delivery in 48 hours". Both the website at checkout and the order confirmation email stated the delivery date would be 8 July.

The parcel was not picked up by the courier until 8 July. On 8 July your support told me the order "was handed to the local courier yesterday and will be delivered at the latest tomorrow" (9 July), and sent a tracking link that returned a 404 error.

When it was not delivered on 9 July, I emailed again. In reply I was told once more that it would arrive the next day, 10 July. That date has now also passed and the item still has not been delivered.

So three separate delivery dates have been missed: 8 July (stated on the website and in the confirmation email), then 9 July, then 10 July by email. I needed this part for a bike service on 9 July, and it never arrived in time. On top of that, the tracking link they sent did not even work.

The delivery promises from this shop turned out to be misleading and were broken repeatedly. I cannot recommend it for anything time-sensitive.

thank you for your feedback.
We are very sorry about the situation with your shipment. Due to a processing error, the public holiday was not taken into account when calculating the announced delivery date, which delayed the delivery to the depot. This caused a delay in the final delivery. Your order should be delivered by Monday at the latest.

We will inform you shortly about how we will compensate you for this situation.

Customer service not available

I sent an email to customer service with regard to a product I'd like to return and haven't received a reply in 2 days. No Hungarian phone number to contact, only English but the number doesn't seem to work. I would like my issue to be dealt with asap. Order number 1673875.

Quick shipping from Slovakia and a smooth delivery to The Netherlands. Customer service was fast and friendly. The bike arrived in a solid, well‑protected box with zero scratches, and assembly was easy enough (having some experience helps).

Ho restituito un oggetto comprato ad €51,97 con spese di spedizione €6,99. Ho restituito integrò l’oggetto ed ho ricevuto un rimborso di €33,99 . Inspiegabilmente le spese di restituzione sono lievitate ad € 10 . Non mi sembra corretto.

In caso di reso, il cliente ha due opzioni: rispedire la merce a proprie spese (ad esempio, tramite posta) oppure tramite il nostro corriere.

Se si sceglie la spedizione tramite corriere, la tariffa per il ritiro e la consegna presso la nostra sede viene comunicata anche nelle condizioni durante la compilazione del modulo di reso. Si tratta del costo di ritiro che pagiamo alla società di spedizioni.

Tale importo verrà successivamente detratto dal rimborso totale dell'ordine.
