I would like to share my personal experience with the THINKDIAG 2.

I purchased this device for myself and use it with my Peugeot 207 CC. So far, I have been very impressed with it. The scanner works quickly, accurately, and reliably. It has helped me diagnose my car myself, solve several problems, and even activate and install the additional cruise control function.

For me, this is not just a gadget that sits in the toolbox. I like to maintain and repair my car myself, and having a reliable diagnostic tool makes a big difference. THINKDIAG 2 has helped me save time, understand the cause of problems, and carry out repairs independently.

I also want to give special credit to the customer support team. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and actually help to solve the problem. This is very important and, unfortunately, not something you can take for granted these days.

I provide technical services myself, so I know very well how difficult it can be to find a good product combined with good customer service. That is why I can confidently recommend THINKDIAG 2 and the official software.

A big hello and thank you to the developers and everyone at the company! You are doing a great job, and I wish you continued success and further development of the product.

I would also like to make one small suggestion.

It would be great to have a more affordable subscription option for private car owners. Not for professional technicians or commercial use, but simply for people who own one car and occasionally need to diagnose and maintain it themselves.

For example, I believe a subscription of around €50 per vehicle would be a very reasonable option for private users. It could make professional-level diagnostics much more accessible to ordinary car owners while also helping THINKCAR compete even more strongly with similar products.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the THINKDIAG 2 and especially with the support I have received.

After purchasing my Mucar BT200 Max I lost the corresponding activation code. After sending proof of my order and purchase I was provided with the necessary assistance to be able to activate the device and use the application Dollar Fix. The support team made grate work!
