I had a great experience, my issues were resolved with patience and understanding.

I had a delivery in which some items did not fit. However, when I returned, they had missed off an item I had sent back. Managed to solve the problem.

Shipping was a bit slow, but the quality is great. Worth it!

Excellent customer service! Ordered shirt in wrong size and within three days they sent the correct size for me...

I ordered a jacket from this website, didn't look good on me, so I returned it and paid for return postage myself; When I emailed to return, they gave me the address and told me once the item was delivered, I would receive a full refund, the item was delivered on 9th April 2021 and emailed multiple time for a refund, and I just get ghosted.

After reading the bad reviews, I was afraid to purchase from Muggerz and took a chance ordering something small first...it came faster than expected and was nicely packed.
Second time order came again really fast, I was satisfied with the quality of the products and for sure will shop with them again.

I think it's a total scam. My first time being ripped off ordering something online. There's no working ph. # for them and no way to talk to a human being and their online Help Center doesn't help either. 100.00 dollars gone.

but really This Company is Super Shady and if you do end up receiving your order after multiple weeks later! side note the clothing size is easy 1-2 size smaller US scale, with no listing on the tags of what the fabric mix is for some reason. A lot of guessing seems to be a theme with them.

I was under the impression this Company was based out of LA & being in my same state I took the online risk! They give the impression even via some odd 3rd part tracking link, however when I eventually received the order, 3 weeks later! it actually arrived with a NY return address on it? Only to find out when I wished to return the items, they wanted me to pay to send it across the country to Florida. Upon request- No customer email or phone number for was ever provided, after contacting them Through PayPal! Don’t waist your time- It’s not worth it!

I decide to just gift the gear to a friends, not giving these hacks any more energy or $!

Sure it may take some time to get you, depending where you are in the world. I'm from Ireland so it takes some time to get here from China.
I bought a military shirt, bomber jacket and khaki pants and I couldn't been more happier. I think their cloths are great I love them.

Same as everyone else. Jacket took three months to arrive, I tried to challenge the purchase through PayPal and got nowhere. My jacket eventually arrived but it was appalling quality. I sent it back to try and get a refund to a sketchy address in Slovakia - the package seems to have disappeared.

Absolute fraudulent scamming c**ts.

Total scam. Never received the two items I ordered. They're crooks.

Don’t buy there. There’s no point. The merchandise online looked dramatically different from what I received. I asked to resend it and get a refund. They told me to UPS ship it to them (at my expense), track it for them and tell them when it’s reached them... Would you like me also to run your company? This place is obviously not serious. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

don't buy from these thieves I've been waiting over 5 months for a delivery, and it still hasn't arrived yet.......

Placed an order on april 21st, today is june 25th and no package received nor there is a way to contact and complaint.

Shirts look slim fit on the pictures, but aren’t. Bad sewing, and the collar is bad cut. Shirts are short, and when I received the package I needed to pay 18 Euros additional for transport. Very bad quality.

Unverschämt, grenzt an Betrug. Kein Feedback auf Nachfragen, Ware vor drei Monaten bestellt und nimmer noch nicht bekommen, Geld wurde aber sofort abgebucht. Eine Rückerstattung ist immer noch nicht möglich. Mein Rat: Finger weg!
