Ich würde 0 Sterne geben.
Nach ein paar Wochen kam das Shirt. Es ist mit Sicherheit niemals wie angegeben aus 95% Baumwolle. Wahrscheinlich nicht einmal 1%. Es riecht extrem nach Lösungsmittel und ist auch nicht EU-konform ausgeschildert. Außer ein kleiner Aufnäher mit dem Hinweis "Made in China" steht einfach nichts drauf. Extrem seltsame Firma.
Weiterhin wurde schnell auf meine Kritik reagiert. Mir wurde angeboten das Shirt auf eigene Kosten quer durch die Welt zu schicken. Der Transport würde wahrscheinlich genauso viel wie das Shirt selber kosten. Ich könnte aber auch einen Rabatt für den nächsten Einkauf von 15% erhalten. Frechheit. Absolut unprofessionell. Auf keinen Fall etwas dort kaufen!!!

Glad I did not see these reviews prior to making my purchase, because I would not have done it! The fact is, the shirt that I saw on-line was delivered promptly and exactly as I expected. Great look! Great material! Could not be happier!

This is a fraudulent site - read the terms and policies on this site and you will see for yourself, a lot of unprofessional / fishy looking terms. They took my money and have not shipped anything for multiple months. Every time I contact them, I get a request to keep waiting. Now that I've asked for a refund, they all of a sudden say - you can only cancel orders 60 minutes after you place it. After that, they will take your money - even if they deliver nothing. I am currently prepping to go after them with my bank for fraudulent charges. I have the full written email thread w/ them across multiple months showing no action to deliver, no intention to refund. Buyer beware!

I'm glad I didn't see these reviews before I bought a shirt from them. It would probably have stopped me. However, credit where it's due, my shirt arrived as expected, great fit, really comfy. Exactly as I had hoped.

Sizing and fit terrible. Nothing like the advertised pictures. Real shame.

My purchase turned up today. Very pleased with it. The name Muggerz, made me suspicious but it turned up in good condition within 3 weeks after ordering. Customer Services could have given me more confidence if they had issued a tracking code within a couple of day after my order.

Inexhisting customer care.
Received defected item, made on line reclamation, no answer!

Very bad stuff and they don’t deliver orders. I’m waiting 2 months for the greatest part my order.
I’ve send 6 emails and the only thing they say is “sorry, just wait”.
They will not pay you money back
Don’t buy there !!!

The sweatshirt I bought looks really nice and price was amazing! I’ll definitely recommend this site. You just have to be a bit patient with shipping. Cheers!!!

Appalling. Ordered 2 Xmas presents on 2 December and was eventually told they were available for delivery 7 weeks later 20th January but only if I paid another £11.80 import duty tax As the company it transpires is in China despite their website clearly stating (and still does) free uk delivery. Contacted muggerz who refused to refund me the tax but (eventually) said they would give me a discount off another order instead. You must be joking- never again.

Bought a hat great quality. You might need to wait a bit longer for it. Delivery took 4 weeks but worth it. 🇬🇧👍

I received the shirts a bit late but am very pleased with them. The fabric feels great when on and the style is as the advertisement showed. Both shirts fitted perfectly and I’m glad I made the purchase. I see there are quite a few bad reviews but I’m very happy with how mine worked out and I will be using this company again.

Product arrived yesterday and I really wished it was like it looked online, however the sizing is disgraceful. Looks nothing like the tight fit online

Wow on reading most of these reviews one would say you'd be mad doing business with muggerz, I got my order a little late but at least it did arrive fitted perfect ,looked just as per add, and well made great feeling material. What's more is I've many complements. I have made a second order hope it arrives, fingers crossed.

The name says it all! I made a spontaneous online purchase on 13th Dec 2019 and over 1 month later I am informed my order is in customs and I need to pay duty and handling of approx 20% of the sales value to get it released. Wish I had read these reviews before. Have not even seen the product yet, but disgusted to have given my money to this company!

just got my order from muggers, i ordered 6 items only received 4, 2 shirts that look like nothing that i have purchased, and with 2 different sizes although i ordered the same kind of shirt with the same size, i got two different shirts that both look like nothing in the pictures, totally different design + different sizes, the name fits their business, i feel mugged, and the fabric of the shirts, jeeze feels like wearing paper, so cheap, and the pants are nothing like they presented in their ads as well

Placed an order on the 17th December 2019, payment taken and still no sign of purchase being delivered! Appreciate that packages get delayed but could have flown round the world on several occasions waiting for this item to arrive! Could even have picked it up quicker! Not very good service! Beginning to think this site is a scam???
