There clothes r pieces of S***, save your money. Trying to get a dam refund. freakin 4 sizes to small on me

I have ordered 2 shirts as a Christmas gift for someone and it’s 2nd January today and I have no idea where it is and tracking shows up to 21st December since 13th December as GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51040034 | Despatch from Sorting Center. Any update on this will be well appreciated.

Very very very bad quality !!!!

My two shirts arrived well in time for Christmas, as promised. I am very pleased with them. The fit is perfect and I like the soft fabric and style. Although designed for younger people I very much enjoy wearing them and feeling that I can still look smart in old age!

Minus Star. Extremely inferior product. Muggerz quoted in my home currency but charged my credit card in US$ , ending up that I have to pay more for the badly made piece of cloth. The name itself should have warned me that buyers will be mugged. Buyers BEWARE.

It took well over a month for the jacket to arrive from china, and it is the cheapest looking, most poorly made piece of garbage I've ever seen, and nothing like the images on the website wouldn't fit any human of any proportion and has some clumsily stitched on patches of velcro here and there for reasons that I can't fathom, and all the pockets are fake.

I should have read the reviews here before buying. Big regret. Don't give these scammers your money. Let's see how my return effort goes...

Surprisingly the polo shirt I received was great, Nice fit , Material was good quality came within 3 weeks to be totally honest had I read these reviews I wouldn't have chanced it. On the strength of my purchase I've ordered a polo neck jumper from them - so watch this space if it turns out to be as per the other reviews I'll re review

I ordered from Muggerz from Instagram as a spontaneous purchase. Once I ordered, I quickly noticed the terrible reviews online and instantly became concerned.

However I was pleasantly surprised that my order arrived just over a week later. The product was of good quality and was identical to what I ordered online. I could see from the packaging that the postage did cost an extra 2 dollars but this had already been paid (not by me).

Maybe I was lucky I don’t know, but I am a happy customer!

I ordered a jacket , never received it , you have no way to contact them (the e-mail is unattended).
the tracking number they give you has nothing to do with your order!!
I wish a long and painfull life for them c***suckers!!

After wanting to cancel the order (even in the time given), they didn't let me. Then they told me, that their shipment could take a couple days longer ( i received their clothes 2 months later).

And the result is absolutely inacceptable. The clothes look nothing like the ones from the online store. Everything goes straight into the trash. If i could, i would upload a picture to show you how bad it really is. I couldn't believe it myself.

What a waste of my time, energy and money!

I will prove legal consequences.

Even one star is too much for them. Muggerz.com is a big big piece of SHITTTTTT. The quality is the worst ever seen. The sizes are ridiculous. The delivery time is unbelievable. And I had to pay taxes on it!!! Guys, please, do not!! do not!! purchase in that website. They are thieves!! I do not really understand how such website is still working....

After waiting five weeks to receive my order, the material was very cheap and poorly made. Pockets were too small to insert my hands or wallet and although I ordered and XL (my usual size is large) they were still too small to fit. I waited four weeks for them to send a returns address as they kept ignoring my emails, calls and social media DMs. I was instructed to return my items to two separate addresses in china and had to pay to return the goods. They were signed for and received on November 21st but today it’s December 11th and they will not refund my money. I have never experienced such poor customer service and feel like I’ve been robbed

Unbelievably poor quality and expensive. The hints in the name.. muggerz. They mug you off!

They send the worst cheapest chinese quality pieces of clothing imaginable, that in no way resemble in shape, colour or material that is on their store photos.
When I enquired about a refund they blocked my email and stopped correspondance.

I wish I read this review before spending $970 to buy fake material cloth. They have the worst quality of cloth I ever bought online. Ridiculous. Straight scam. What you see is not what you get.

Clothing arrived and looked more like something my 2 year old nephew had made than what id actually ordered. Dont order from this place, unless you really fancy prancing around in some linen tights like Peter Pan.

Also charged me for shipping when it got to me, when they said they would cover it.

When I asked for a refund they said NO.
And would give me 20% off the next Purchase!
