Don't buy nothing there. Dont waste Your money. Very bad quality of producut. These product just look nice on website but looks like completely crap. Yes, is crap from china.

It's been 3 months since I ordered one sweater.. 3 months! The tracking number is a fake tracking system, cuz only shows one status since March 9th (today is Jun 3rd). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, you gonna have only stress and headaches, don't worth it :/

Complete BS. Their CS responds to mails saying it's currently being delivered. The tracking number takes you to a chinese website that looks like it will give my computer AIDS if i stay on it for more than 10 seconds.

3 months to deliver a shirt. The East India Trading company could have delivered this quicker.

Do not buy anything. The jeans I ordered took months to arrive. Eventually when the package arrived the jeans were not the ones I saw and purchased from this site. The jeans were cheap poor quality. Straight in the bin. Be warned. Don't waste your money.

I really don't know how this "company" is allowed to operate! I ordered a jacket 2 months ago. It has not been delivered and the tracking number I was given is fake. Be careful. I wish I read these reviews prior to ordering.

Rip off. Do not buy here. Annoyed I didn’t spot this is a scam. Ordered months ago and nothing delivered. How they are allowed to advertise on Twitter openly is annoying considering it is a phishing scam.

I ordered a jacket from MUGGERZ which I saw on an Instagram advertised post on the 25th of April 2020, today is the 21st of May 2020 (27 days), I've messaged the help centre on their website 5 times and haven't received or heard from anyone from them.
That's $80 (nzd) I'll never see again, I don't expect to get the jacket or hear from these MF.

I ordered an item 9 weeks ago and still haven’t got it. I’ve got a tracking number but my parcel seams to be on transit since 4 weeks on the same place. Customer service seams not to care about if I’ll receive my item or not and its not giving me any solution in case I won’t receive the item.

I have never recieved anything as poor as this product. They are nothing like advertised.

I used to run an online clothing company and this is shameful. YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING THE SAME FIT OR QUALITY THAT THEY SHOW ON THEIR WEBSITE.

What they have done is show a factory in China the picture and asked them to reproduce and they are just awful. I will never wear these... ever. They are meant to be skinny pants and are (no word of a lie) more like MC Hammer pants.

Very bad customer service. Very proactive in sending promos, adds, but once you buy, no positive response or effort in solve issues (only referred to strict policy but no emphaty with customer´s real issues at all).

My Credit Card was used to buy items from this store in a fraudulent manner. It is a matter of great concern and dishonesty.

Shirts delivered quite quickly, impressive in times of coronavirus in China. Quality as desired. Quick response to my question about the invoice for customs clearance in Belgium. No problems!
