Mumzworld Delayed of shipment, never again.
I know mumzworld.since a long time, I was hesitant to order because of the issues I saw online. But I tried, the delivery was supposed to be on June 1 on their own tracking in app. I contacted the customer service to share the courier tracking. I saw in tracking that it was arrived in Muscat on May 31. Then it was attempted deliver but failed. I called how many times to the customer service and asked them how come it was failed but never received any messafe from courier. They verified my address for 5 times and confirmed which was the same in the app. Theybgave me ticket and telling me their team is doing their best to deliver as soon as possible. June 3 came nothing has done i tried to connect with customer service and asking which courier it is but he said that they cannot share the courier in Oman. I complain and saying this the first time its secret the courier. He even informed that because its my first time ordering they will make sure that i will get somethjbg for they apology and delay and make sure the team.is trying their best to contact the courier to deliver to me. Nothing was done only ticket of complain and promises. Email was sent but confirming only my complain but no investigation had done. I know the order in Muscat so i searched which courier they are sending in muscat and bingo get 2 tracking thatbit was mentioned the EMS Post. Which i searched the numer and called their customer service to track my order. I found that it was Asyad who handle and as per customer service they tried to attempt on May 31 but one of my number is missing. After, 5 confirmation and attempt to contact the customer service and making sure it will deliver. I am the one who found that my number was 1 missing in the system. So the Oman post customer make sure it will deliver and confirmed my number and informed it will dispatched on June 4. It did happened and finally deliver at 4pm. I emailed the the ticket complained I had and informed my frustration of miscommunication and how they handle their customer especially it was my firstime ordering. What I got is emailed of apology, thats it with all our scenario. But after this experienced I make sure will never order anything in their application. And I will remove their application.

they delivered me wrong color of shoes and they described it as non returnable. their chat hang up. it is not my fault . i will never purchase here anymore. u will suffer with their wrong delivery. it was very clear in order that it is pink. if you don’t have the stock tell it don’t push the one that u can not sell.

I’m genuinely impressed with Mumzworld’s customer service.
I accidentally placed the same order twice due to a payment issue. When I reached the payment page, something went wrong, so I tried again, and I ended up being charged twice for the same Ergobaby Omni Deluxe carrier.
I started to panic, but then I noticed that Mumzworld offers 24/7 WhatsApp support. Honestly, I expected to wait until the next day, especially since it was around 1:20 AM. To my surprise, I received a response almost immediately, and the team resolved the issue right away by canceling one of the duplicate orders.
This is what real customer service looks like. Many companies advertise “24/7 support,” but in reality, no one responds. Mumzworld actually delivers on its promise.
Great products, a huge selection, and truly outstanding customer support. Thank you Seif and Mumzworld for making a stressful situation so easy to resolve!
