Stolen Money
I returned the items I purchased a few months ago to the salvation army in Moldova on the request of munawear. For a few months the item was not delivered so they could not refund me due to policy, however it then was received at the address I was asked to send it to but still I have had no refund and now my emails are all of sudden not being replied back to at all. The last reply I had was over 2 weeks ago when they used to no more than 24 hours between replies. I feel I have had my money robbed from me with nothing to show for it. DO NOT USE

Munawear is a scam
Munawear is a scam. You don’t get what they are advertising. When you do ask for a refund they only offer 15% of your money back which is a joke. There jacket is poor quality. I bought it because they had lots of positive reviews. Do not listen to them.

Almost everything that could go wrong with this order, did go wrong. The only noticeable positive was effective communication from the customer service team.
The parcel took approximately 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, only the fleece was of a good enough quality, however it did not fit. The other products were of very poor quality and one did not look like the images online. I immediately emailed the company to request a return. I was given 3 return options, two of which involved in store credit and keeping the items anyway. The only option that involved getting a full refund meant posting the parcel to The Salvation Army in Moldova to assist people in Ukraine. This sounded like a fantastic idea, so I proceeded with it. However, the parcel cost upwards of £30 to post (at my own expense), the paperwork provided by MunaWear meant the parcel was kept at Moldovan Customs, and any attempts to contact The Salvation Army Moldova directly to resolve the situation have been unsuccessful. Therefore, I spent a total of £135 on poor quality items that are stranded in Moldova and I have not received a full refund, through no fault of my own.
The only positive of this experience was the good customer service communication and assistance. They eventually proceeded with a 25% refund for me even though the parcel was still stranded. This equated to approximately £32, about the amount I spent on posting the parcel to Moldova in the first place.
I will not be using MunaWear again and highly recommend looking elsewhere!

Product is beautiful
Product is beautiful my husband loves his Troy jacket..customer service was 5 star at every turn..Amelia especially was extremely professional and helpful throughout. There were some logistical issues but the team at munawear couldn't have done anymore to help me get my package.

Trainers took ages to come; Bad quality!
Trainers took ages to come. They were not the correct size according to the measurements given by the company. Flimsy and bad quality. I have to pay for them to be returned to China, despite the company contact being in the UK. I will never use this company again!
In reply to your comment, the quality is not the only problem, it also the fact that it will cost me £20 to return them to you which is no point me doing, so this is a loss for me. Please be warned and do not buy from this company.

Bought some shoes with a picture…
Bought some shoes with a picture clearly showing vibram soles. Delivery was fraught and took 2 weeks . Shoes of low quality and flimsy vidram soles. You have to pay to return recorded delivery to China.

It’s taken 4 weeks to be delivered and it is too small no size label on it
They want to offer 45% of the cost and I keep it or a 15% refund not full refund
This is against my legal consumer rights
The coat cost was £59.99 and they are refusing a refund even though I have submitted 7 photos of the coat to prove it is in good condition
I think I will have to contact trading standards

Avoid buying from them!
I bought a backpack for £35 on September 19th. It arrived on October 13th! Today (November 18th) it broke completely and can't be fixed. The customer service takes several days to respond and they don't really address any concerns, they just thank you for your patience. It's a Chinese scam, not a serious company.
They answered my review below asking for the the order number but they've already replied to me that, as the 30 days have passed, they can't offer a refund or replacement. They can only offer a 30% credit on their website as a goodwill gesture! As if someone is stupid enough to make another purchase from their website knowing the poor quality of their products!!! So, even though the items they're selling have a ~25 days life cycle, they can't do anything about it. Don't be fooled by them.

Terrible quality clothing nothing like the images on their website, trying to get a refund is extremely hard! They will over 15% cash refund or 45% store credit what a joke! Takes about 3 weeks for items to arrive! Overall a shit company false advertisement! And shit customer service! Would strongly recommend staying far away from this website!

The jack quality is less than average
The jack quality is ok. It's advertised as long coat for cold weather but it's a very lightweight and not suitable for cold weather. The stitching is not great also, loads of lose threads. It is advertised as waterproof and it definitely is not.
There is no label on it stating what materials it is made from.
As others have said, the item is drop shipped from china and the quality is off and average coat at best

Dreadful Company / Probable scam
Ordered a pair of supposed gore tex shoes from this company. Shoes arrived after about three weeks. They lead you to believe these are shipped locally but in fact they come from China. When shoes arrived, they were the wrong size and completely dreadful quality. Footwear that would cost you £5 on the local market. On asking to send back for a refund, they tried hard to make you take another pair at 45% off and keep the ones you have, then when you refuse, they up their offer. When you push for a refund, they want you to send them at your cost all the way back to China registered delivery costing more than the price of the shoes originally. No tracking, no refund. AVOID at all costs. Have reported to credit card company.

NO RETURN POLICY AND DONT ADVERTISE THE FACT YOUR BUYING FROM CHINA!!
Ordered some trainers decided to cancel as wrong size, contacted them a week before they where meant to be posted to cancel! They refused and they arrived two weeks later as they unbeknown to me from China !!! They have arrived and have now had to take photos of them to prove they are as new and offered either a 45% discount off another pair or a 15% discount 🤔 They have NO return link and will not refund the cost tracked which is half of the £56.00 i paid .....What a shower of con people so please BEAWARE of this company who are a disgrace and should not be allowed to sell on any Website!!

Definitely worth it!
