I had no trouble with this order

I had no trouble with this order, but when I went to make another order 2 weeks later I put my mdel number John Deere D-105 lawn tractor and your site told me there was no model found no matter what I tried. So you lost the sale to Green Parts, Direst.com.

Mutton Power Equipment gives real relief!!!!

My used mower came without a vital part. When I did an online search, I found the part at a reasonable price on Mutton Power Equipment website. I ordered the part. It came very quickly and did the job! That was a real relief!

No communication about delivery

No communication about delivery. Transport folks called to make delivery as I was leaving town. Had to change delivery location, and choose one within a mile and closer to the transport agency but incurred an $80 fee for really no reason. Better communication would have and could have avoided this issue.
