Terrible service. Took forever only to find out it’s shipped from Poland

This seller on this website is a scam I waited over a month nothing arrived contacted the seller through the website he said it might be lost in the post I contacted the PayPal and got my refund I won't recommend anyone to order from this website

Once again, this is a case of wishing I'd of contacted Trust pilot before buying with this store.I'd ordered powdered Carrot and seeing the business is based in Birmingham I thought to purchase within the UK .Even the delivery details stating delivered in the UK led me up the garden path . In truth the order is being processed in Poland with all its wars,delays , taxes,custom chargers etc.The British address is just a front for this scam.So My order has sat in Poland ' pre transit' in despatched with the supposed delivery date come and gone.The seller totaly ignores messages and contact.Tomorrow I intend to appeal through Etsy to get a refund and ask that this site be removed .It is nothing but a money making scam plying supposed ' health foods ' to the naive.Stay well well away from this site .Oh, and I wish my one star could be recorded as a 0

Great little company I ordered dried tansy flowers they didn’t arrive so I contacted customer services the guy was extremely helpful he advised there could be a slight delay I think they were coming from Poland but abroad somewhere. They still didn’t arrive so I contacted again I was sent a replacement. I was so please at the level of customer service obviously my order wasn’t an expensive order but the level of communication was great. My order eventually did arrive & I was very very happy with it

Ratings I had seen were unjustified. My delivery took a week, (from Poland so quite reasonable) I had a contact from the company when I expressed concern at the delay, explaining it was on the way.
Delivery was shown on “Shop” app and it arrived well packed and in good condition. My Lava salt has now been used on PX and Ice Cream. Yum!!

Great. Completed on time.

I really got what I paid for and the product is true to its description found on the website. Definitely will be purchasing again. Wish shipping time was a bit faster though.

One of the powder was a completely different colour compared to the one previously ordered and it didn't maintain the colour in the baking like it should.
The other powders ordered were like a block, very hard and impossible to use, definitely not a powder product!!
Unfortunately it was a waste of money for me, the quality of the products received with the second ordered wasn't the same of the first order.
The return policy says that the product to be returned has to be unopen. How can you check the product without open the package??? the pouch is not clear and you can't see the colour or consistency without opening it, very disappointing!!
