I was a bit sceptical to order without a tracking system. The waiting was very short however, it took only two weeks to get my package although I was expecting to wait to be at least a month. The products are great!

My order has been lost and I would like to get a refund.

I placed this order 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it

I ordered for a birthday present, but it was so slow that took like three weeks and when I emailed them about the delivery information, the parcel was not trackable they said. I missed the time to give it on the birthday..

I ordered items over 20 days ago. I have contacted the retailer to chase up the items as I am being chased to give feedback but I keep being told to keep waiting for the items to arrive and there might be a delay with the post. I have received several other parcels recently! Never received items and no tracking has been provided.

Didn't receive my items it's been over a month. Dobt risk ordering as an old tracking number is given as its coming from Poland.

Good customer service - I emailed because I hadn’t received my order and got a very quick response with an offer to refund if the package didn’t arrive. It has now arrived and I’m pleased with what I’ve received.

I cannot review something I did not receive, I've messaged several times too, to chase up my order, on all the social media messaging platforms and have received no reply either.

The tea flowers are beutiful and completely intact, great experience, I will definitely order again for this site! Thank you!!

It's been 30 days since I have ordered and still there is no delivery. You guys have no tracking system. You don't even have the clue, where the package is.

I guess you guys are scamming people. Are you?

They missed a product out of my order, I got a refund luckily. The customer support was very broken language... hard to understand what was trying to be communicated. Apparently the primrose was all out of stock, but id had no message about this until chasing my order up...

The rest was all good, low price, not too sure I would use again though
