Booked in my vehicle for a log book service as well as replacement of 3 tyres. Was phoned to inform me the drivers belt needed replacing, so did that too for a total cost of approx $1,500.

When I picked the car keys up, I noticed the key was missing from the foldable/retractable key holder. It was stuck in the ignition. Someone clearly used far too much force and snapped it off whilst removing the keys. When I queried it, the customer service person wasn’t helpful - didn’t offer to pay to have it repaired and as far as he was concerned, it was my problem despite them being at fault. Disappointing when I just forked out $1,500.

3 days later, my car wouldn’t start due to a flat battery. No lights left on or door left open. Checked the invoice and nothing on there that battery was checked. Rang the store to enquire further, and gentleman we spoke with couldn’t confirm it was checked but noted “it was standard for a log book service”. Roadside came to give me a jump (assuming it was just flat) and informed me battery was dead and needed replacement. Roadside assistance informed me the state of the battery would have been picked up at service, had they done it. I can only assume it was not checked at the comprehensive service a few days before.

The problem with this is I paid for a service I didn’t receive, and I’m left wondering what else was I charged for that I didn’t get. I also have a broken key that I have to fix, at my cost, when I’ve used the same key for 6 years and never broken it off in the ignition.

Very disappointing mechanics, with below average customer service, who I can’t recommend and won’t be going back to.

I had brand new tyres put on a month ago then got a puncture in one on weekend took my car back to get fixed they were so accommodating put my spare on so I could get to work came back at lunch and put my new tyre on free of charge to my surprise

Just got some additional repair work done on my car that was identified at a recent service. The jobs were completed on time and I was charged exactly as quoted. No unpleasant surprises.
Derek is great to deal with. He seems honest and he doesn’t talk down to you. It’s refreshing to not be made to feel like an idiot after dealing with a Toyota dealership for the past 12 years.

Good customer service

Went in to get a puncture repair and had to get a new tyre due to location of the puncture. The guys were fantastic and get me a new tyre in a few hours. The only disappointment was after I paid for the service I got home and checked online, the same tyre was almost $70 cheaper elsewhere. Felt a little ripped off.

Customer service exceptional and the Viking tyres on a 2018 Toyota Yaris was are 10/10

Very easy, great service, thorough advice

I was 1st car in & yet it still took 2 3/4 hours to complete a basic service.
Then received a quote for future work of $1712….. one stop later elsewhere , I have reduced that to $1300.
Call it a fkn rort

I had a nail in my tyre that was unrepairable so they ordered a new tyre for me. After a clerical error the order took longer than expected the next day. The professional team went out out of their way to get it to the shop, and done for me right before closing time. Thanks again!

Always reliable and professional

Bought a full set of Kumho tyres for two cars since Mycar had a sale on. Both cars were completed on the same day in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Had new tyres put on, dropped it off and 4pm, and it was ready by 4:45pm. So quick, professional and friendly!

The customer service was excellent. We discussed immediate repairs and near future repairs. We understood the necessity and have decided to make ahead with them.
