I recently took my 2018 Kia Carnival to MyCar Tyre & Auto in Belconnen for wheel balancing, alignment, and rotation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! During the inspection, the team identified that my front brake pads and rotors needed replacement—a critical fix, especially since I’d been noticing vibrations while braking. Hamish and Jordan were fantastic to deal with; they offered a great deal on the replacement and completed the work on time, ensuring my car was back on the road quickly and safely.

What really stood out was their "Brakes for Life" deal—an incredible offer that means I’ll never have to worry about brake pad replacement costs in the future, as they’ll replace them for free, no matter what happens! This added peace of mind is invaluable, especially for a family car like mine that gets a lot of use around Canberra.

Sid actually performed the service lightning-fast, and Jordan is just superb at not laughing in the face of a man who barely knows where the steering wheel is. He is compassionate and very helpful in his suggestions for best care of my car, the reliability of which is essential to every aspect of my life.

I took my car in with an issue after being seen at a dealership who were going to charge a ridiculous price to look at my car. I instead took my car to the Belconnen branch and the manager was so professional and looked at my car free of charge and only charged me for the issue which thankfully was minor. I'm grateful I didn't waste $1200 at the dealership. I will definitely take my car back for future services, as they are professional, honest and affordable - which is hard to come across these days. Very happy with the service :)

I don't see the value on the service done.

Booked my car in for a log book service, MyCar called me to tell me that a new car battery was required. I agreed and paid for a new battery to be installed on top of my service.

They did not install a new battery. 4 months later when my battery went flat, roadside assistance advised that the battery I paid for was not a new battery!

Extremely disappointed with MyCar that I paid for a product that was not installed.

I had a flat tyre, the team took great care of me and fit me in their busy schedule. Not only they were very warm in welcoming me, they also did a great job fixing the tyre and getting me back on the road. Best customer service!!
