The work was done on time and paperwork completed. Customer service could be improved. While waiting for my car to be ready, the staff were talking and swearing loudly. I can handle a few ‘f’ and ‘c’ words, but I don’t think it is very professional.

They rushed my car. Didn't put screws back so part of my car was grinding against the road. Hose clamps weren't tightened and now my car has a rattle that it never had before. Very frustrating experience. Wouldn't recommend

The team were efficient and friendly. Car was clean and smelled nice inside. I asked for an emailed Invoice and it was not a problem!

Attention to detail and excellent service from the whole team

Straightforward and friendly. No complaints at this stage. I forgot to ask to speak to the mechanic who actually conducted the service. This is always valuable for owners and should perhaps be offered as a standard thing.

They listened to my concerns and explained what they were doing in language I could understand

They are very trustworthy never over charging or taking advantage of me like a lot of other mechanics seem to do

I was out of town and found out I needed a pink slip that day, just after lunch, I would have ended up unregistered if they hadn’t squeezed me in that afternoon.

A lot of Mechanics would say “Maybe tomorrow”.

Easy to book in and the inspection was finished super quickly. Staff are very friendly.

$50 is too much to repair tyre puncture where band new tyre is around $100.

Tyres fitted promptly. Purchase included puncture protection, but then I was told that this required me to pay extra for wheel alignment.
As always happens at MyCar, the wheel nuts were overly tightened so that I couldn't loosen them with the vehicle's wheel brace. I had to use a rattle gun to loosen them and then used a torque rench to retighten them per the vehicle specs.
