Always upfront about cost and happy to arrange a workaround for repairs that are needed by seriousness.

I was there for a couple of hours, and the team was able to.provide the diagnostic, the estimate price, to perform the checks necessary for NSW, and to refer me to further electronic and exhaustion procedures.

In just few hours, I was driving away. Price is just and they worked as a team to provide my car with a throughly inspection and service guarantee. Extremely competent and professionals. I could not recommend their services more.

Charges were clearly outlined, extras were reasonable and agreed prior to work, work was completed on time and staff are cheerful and helpful.

Good service and quick turn around. Unfortunately I explained that I had just driven up from the south coast to have the service done and as such had very little charge in the EV (14%), I was offered for them to provide some charge whilst the car was there to allow me to get back to my accommodation. This was not done and I only just had enough charge to get back to a charge station. If you are not going to charge the car, don't offer to do so,

The price was unbeatable. Online booking didn't work, couldn't pick a date and time. Went in store to book, seemed as if they wanted me to book over the phone, tyres went on great, but they didn't clean up after themselves soap and dust was left on the tyres and it looked like a big mess

I like the customer service and fast car service but I dislike the way the mechanic is handling the situation. I did my first 5000km for Byd and wasn’t having any issues before I bring it to service . I have been noticed that there is Warning message saying please go to BYD service immediately.
