Excellent quality of work
Excellent quality of work, timely and communicated every aspect from booking to pickup.
They gave trusted advice, and the price was competitive.
I'm not sure about the future, but the current mycar care Team at Fyshwick ACT are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dodgy upsell on service
Dodgy upsell on wiper blades, tried to charge $150 for new ones despite existing ones being almost brand new and working well. Won't be using this store again

Was unhappy with my most recent service at the Fyshwick brach, and used the online feedback form to detail the reasons for this. Included: trying to upsell me things I didn't need, including more expensive tyres, and when I declined those I was told I needed a wheel alignment as I had not had one for a long time but had in fact had one at their store 6 months earlier. When I collected the vehicle, extra expenses that I had not been consulted on were added to my bill, and I had specifically asked for a loose floor mat to be looked at, which was not done. No one has bothered to respond to my feedback form after almost 2 weeks.

Best car service i've been
My car run smooth like new after having my service done in Mycar Fyshwich compared to the previous car service centre i went. Thumbs up for the staff and manager of this service centre. They're all friendly and helpful. Will be back for the next service.
