Grant and the crew were exceptional and able to conduct servicing my car with great care. Grant personally recommended and helped with getting me sorted to get my car up to date. Thank you and looking forward to getting my second inspection done asap.

Had my car serviced there it was the first time I had used them and I was very happy .They were easy to talk .So I will be using them again . Found I needed a new battery and a wheel alignment but no pressure to do it , so that was good so am booking in for them to be downbeat.Happy customer .

Excellent service! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was in top condition before handing it back.

They were helpful and understanding, I was unable to pick my car up before they closed for the day and was reassured that they could lock my car up in the garage and I could pick it up the next day.

All went smoothly and the people I talked to were confident which made me trust them

Took my car for rego check and logbook intermediate service. Dropped at 9am and received a call at 10am to pick up as they were finished. Apparently in 1hour they were able to do a rego check which passed plus service AND managed to diagnose that there was $1176 worth of repairs. $148 for labour…total of $340 for under an hours work. Geeez they saw me coming. The worst was they said they would try to get it back to me by 2pm for school pick up expecting it to be all day so was on a bus on my way home when I had to turn around and on another bus.

I had a motorcycle safety inspection & it was performed in realtime with thorough attention to detail.
Would definitely come here again

I received the best service from Grant for an electrical fault. The issue was expertly completed within 10 minutes. The manager, Tony, can be proud of his friendly, well-managed store.

Good experience

the booking process was smooth, the puncture repair was done quickly however I was asked to pay for the repair despite your website stating the repair was covered by your lifetime guarantee. After some discussion the store manager refunded the charge. Clearly the store staff were following instructions but your corporate website takes precendance. After buying lots of tyres from mycar this was a less than enjoyable experience. the store staff were polite at all times.

Professional Staff - great communication; quick to solve the issue with my car. They could see how upset I was and did everything to reassure me that my car would be ready later in the day, despite not having any booking and just rocking up to them in tears!
