Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Explained in detail, the additional service is recommended on the car without any sales push. The car was ready on time and drove well after the service.

Grant went out of his way to fit in our urgent repairs to our Subaru; & being interstate visitors Grant made sure to prioritise our job. This couldn’t have happened without the Mechanic, Josh working through his lunch break to ensure the job got finished on Friday .. another reason I’ll keep using MyCar. Many thanks boys!!

Recently I had an issue with an engine warning light appearing on my 2024 Tucson. The local dealership where I purchased the vehical were unable to assist on the day I called and said I would need to make a service booking. I called Mycar at Rouse hill and explained the situation and were willing to have a look at it when I was able to get there as was at the time the other side of Sydney. Suffice to say I am extremely grateful to the team as they were able to do a quick diagnostic and inform me of the issue. It was suggested I return to the dealership to have it looked at as it may very well be a warranty job.

In addition, I had it booked in to have my front brakes replaced before the above issue had occurred. Again I was extremely grateful they were able to push back the work keeping the parts they had ordered until I had the car back from the dealership. Subsequently my brakes were able to be repaired that day after I collected my care from the dealership.

I am impressed with their willingness to assist and seemingly to go out of their way to find a solution to your issue.

After being highly disappointed by the Nth Kellyville centre, I hoped to have the experience change at Rouse Hill - what an enormous difference! Welcoming Customer Service at the front desk, a manager who knew exactly what to do - and knew exactly what the other mob had done wrong. Corrected a problem that I had endured for 2 years as the other mob could never find the source of the noise. Gave me price warning up front and got the job completed within the timeframe guidance - they just won a new ongoing customer.

I took my car to My Car for a service, and they quoted me $5.5K for repairs, claiming an alarming amount of work was required to fix my car. However, after getting a second opinion from an independent mechanic, I was told only about $1.1K worth of work was actually needed. It seems like My Car was recommending unnecessary repairs to inflate the bill. I’ve been keeping up with regular servicing, so this was a real shock. I’m very disappointed and no longer trust their recommendations. Definitely get a second opinion before agreeing to any work here.

An emergency flat tyre. My Car Tyre & Auto Rouse Hill were opened till 5.30 on a Friday when most tyre retailers would not be opened. So I could drop off the damaged tyre the day it was damaged. Got all 4 tyres replaced by the following Tuesday for a great price and the work done in a timely manner. Drove my car today and it ran beautifully, so very happy

I feel happy your guys fixed my car, including those Tyres adjustments. I will come again when we have service due time.
