Reasonable price for basic service although I didn't like being advised I should change air filter (from memory) when not required it only required to be cleaned when I enquired further.

A FEW DAYS AFTER HAVING A SERVICE WITH MY CAR THE CAR OVERHEATED. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A $22,000 PROBLEM TO FIX I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. NO COMPASSION AT ALL FOR MY SITUATION AND LOSS

However, upon collecting my vehicle, I found the blower motor was not working—an issue that was not present beforehand. When I raised this, the staff member said it "could happen" but offered no immediate assistance. He also declined to quote the repair, stating his system was shut down, and did not follow up as promised.

This experience falls short of standard customer service expectations, particularly in communication, responsiveness, and follow-up.

I would appreciate a response regarding the blower motor and clarification on next steps.

Easy to book, good communication on day, well priced service

Quick Efficient polite service and attention , Clean workshop area

I called to book a service and a service was booked. After my service I asked them to fill my log book but they said no because I did not get a log book service. I understand that, but you should have told me when I made the call to book for a service and let me know that there are two types of service and what service you need. You can't just assume what I need and book something. Now I spent $1600 for my service with no entry in my log book.

Our experience was phenomenal, efficient, honest and friendly. We needed to replace one Tyre, but we were not sure if we needed more. They could easily have oversold to us, but were very honest and helped us immensely. They also fixed our key battery. They went above and beyond. We would very highly recommend MyCar South Melbourne.

fast and effective service from the new(ish) manager

I rang on the morning and ask to be fit in. Not only did they fit me in they fixed my brakes, light and tyres quickly and properly. Easy to deal with and excellent service all around.

Very pleasant staff and they got my service done very quickly (in one hour); although, the service was an initial 3,500 km check-up.
