General Consult isn't helpful at all (Updated)

General Consult wasn't helpful at all. The consultation/communication was closed prematurely (due to a glitch) even though I had asked a follow-up question and was still expecting a response.

Since they’re a fairly new company, I understand that some processes may still be improving. However, I was also disappointed that they initially couldn’t process my refund, and their support email address wasn’t working, which made it difficult to get assistance.

Edit/Update: Their alternate email address, admin@mydocexpress, is working, and this is where they reached out to me to process my refund. I appreciate them taking the time to personally discuss the issue and reach out to me.

That said, I still believe the UI/UX and overall customer support process could be drastically improved to prevent these kinds of issues from happening in the future. Clearer communication channels and a more seamless support process would make a big difference, especially for a company that is still growing.

I’m leaving this review not just for my personal experience, but also as constructive feedback that I hope the company can use for improvement and that future customers can be aware of. I appreciate the effort they made to address my concern and hope they continue improving their service.
