The product looks great, just disappointing that it took a month to arrive! I didn’t realise it wasn’t an Australian site!
Communication via email was responded to almost immediately providing apologies for the lateness. Maybe the delivery timeframe could be changed on the website?

The good - beautifully etched/engraved. The colour of the tag is so pretty! I love the pink.
You can fit alot of information on the tag and you can utilise both sides. I like the little jingle sound that's made when the tag hits the hardware on the collar. Least I know she's coming 😊

The bad - postage takes about 4 weeks or so as it's not in Australia but Switzerland or Sweden.

Firstly they are not in Australia, so their 5-7 days for delivery is a lie. Its now been over two weeks and I am still waiting. They have not replied to any of my emails asking about my order and they have no tracking. DO NOT USE THEM!

Lovely product - very happy. Team very responsive to queries. Postage takes a while to Australia, have patience!

The tag took a long time to arrive as it came from Switzerland. I thought it was an Aussie website. Our dog can chew the tag from her collar so it's already a bit scratched. I've removed it and stuck it to her harness instead and will look for an embroided sleeve or something for her collar, or maybe a much smaller tag. That's the trouble buying something online, it can be hard to visualise the proportions.

No issues and the folks were helpful when the tag was late

Happy with product. Took longer than expected to arrive but team responded very quickly and arrived. Great weight tag for my small dog. My kids are also very happy with how pretty the tag is 😊

Dog tags were a good size, easy to read and accurate. They came well packaged. I hadn't realised that they might take a little longer to arrive because they are made and sent from overseas, so when I emailed the company asking where they were, I had a prompt response, and coincidentally the dog tags arrived a day later. They kindly gave me a 50% refund.

A really great experience with Mydogtags. Ordered a few items that seemed to take an eternity to arrive. I contacted Mydogtogs who immediately apologised and agreed to resend the whole order. The very next day I got an email that my package had been delivered to the local Post Office. Can’t fault their response and willingness to put things right. When the products arrived, they were great. So I’m happy, and will definitely shop with these guys again.

The tag took a month to arrive because they are made in Switzerland! There is no mention of them being made offshore on their .co.nz website and when I enquired about tracking they said they're sent in standard post. I would have chosen a local provider. Customer service was delayed, would not order again. Super disappointed.

Cute tags completely unobtrusive to your fur baby but gives you peace of mind that if anything happens and you are separated from them their tags are visible and you’re just a phone call away 🙏🏼 they took longer to arrive than expected. They took 2 weeks.

Ordered 5 dog tags and they were perfect. Arrived quickly even coming from overseas. Great little company.

My tags took longer than expected but did arrive. In the mean time the customer service team did all they could to assist, including offering to send another set. Luckily, they ended up arriving before the second set was sent. The team are very helpful and understanding, willing to assist as much as they can.

Order tag & collar on the 22.01.2024 - surprise surprise no items arrived !!!!!!
Back and forth to customer service, they said they would resend and finally they agreed a refund on the 10.03.2024.
As of today, 19.03.24, still no refund....

I ordered the dog tag with printing both sides. I was surprised after the order was processed to find out it was coming from Switzerland. No problem with that, I just have never had an online order come from Switzerland. It was almost 4 weeks and I emailed support as it had not arrived. They were kind enough to offer to send another one but no need as the next day the original tag arrived in the mail
