The tags look fantastic, really happy. Great customer service too when I followed up delivery which was slightly delayed due to Christmas. Overall very happy.

No tracking number provided. No delivery of goods. No reply to request for tracking number or refund.

Using a .co.nz domain to pretend to be NZ-based.

Assume this is a scam site, so I'm getting a refund from credit card provider. Avoid any version of MyDogTags

I finally received the tags, took near 2 months, AND the replacements which they sent. Replacements came faster! I had put in a pretty bad review earlier calling them scammers. Well, they are NOT!
The product itself is really good and communication is not an issue either. It's just the delivery times sadly.

I did apologise to them and offer to pay for the replacements. They very kindly, said no need.

I'd have given them 5 stars if not for the delivery times.

Look, the product is of good quality, so if you place an order just expect that delivery could be an issue and to be honest, it could have been our post here that caused delays. I can't say. So if you need it quick, either pay for delivery or go elsewhere otherwise, just wait for it to come. You won't be disappointed. Well, i certainly like the tags.

Shipping took 3-4 weeks from Gibraltar. I was under the assumption they were based in Aus.
Product is very low quality for the price!
Go and support your local locksmith instead of sending your money overseas to these frauds.

Item never showed up I contacted them about this numerous times and was just told to wait longer. Was not offered a refund despite emailing several times.

I purchased 2 dog tags for my babies with my sisters information while my fiance and I are away on our honeymoon.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered! Waiting over 4 weeks now, supposed to be here on 3 to 4 days. Highly disappointed.

If i could give zero i would - they ship from sweden, (which forgets to tell you on the site) its day 19 and still no tags do yourself a favour and buy local......

Company is NOT New Zealand based despite branding. Delivery took around 1 month instead of the advertised 5-7 days. Item was scratched and of poor quality.

Thank you for your excellent service. The tag is beautifully engraved, lovely and lightweight, and I am very happy with it. It's especially useful that you were able to list two names and numbers so clearly and legibly. The collar is also nice.

Shipping took just over a month and no emails regarding shipping or tracking number. I was surprised how long it took as well considering I only bought 2 custom dog tags.
Happy with product otherwise but needs a different clip/ring. Was so hard to put on and spread it open - I ended up scratching the brand new dog tag, so not happy about that.
