Scam, ordered waiting 2 months.they have said item was resent but still nothing

Good product overall but the .co.nz website, the product is sent from Switzerland so be prepared to wait about 4 weeks.

Excellent experience. Dog tags are lovely. Customer service was great when I contacted them saying I'd put down the wrong phone number. They fixed it in minutes. Items shipped from Switzerland and arrived swiftly. Packaging was cute and fun. I would recommend this 5 star company.

We just received the item purchased and we absolutely loved it. The tag looks good on our fur baby.

2 weeks waiting and still no delivery. They won't send me a replacement or refund.

The product is good quality, it just took longer than oulined to receive the tags. I was assured and communicated with promptly so that was also good.

Great customer service. Was waiting for dog tag to be delivered to Australia so contacted company via email. A quick response then a follow-up email to say they would resend if it didn't arrive in next week. Dog tag arrived next day . Happy with product and service.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a dog tag here because they promise next day dispatch and I wanted it quickly but it has almost been 2 months and I never received it. Would’ve been so much easier to order one at a local pet shop

I wasn’t happy at first because it look a while for me to receive my dog tags. But they did respond fast and offered me the opportunity have a refund or they could send it out to me again and I took the send it out to me again. Well, I finally received them. And now my second dog we took in due to some kind of circumstances now he’ll have a name tag like my first dog does so I’m happy with finally having it now even though it came in the mail late but I did order them before Christmas and that could have a lot to do with them coming late as well. So I am very happy now Thank you you 😊.

The site was advertised witj a Singapore URL. Placed an order with a promise of delivery within 5-7 days. Now almost 1 month later nothing has been delivered. When contacted 10 days ago Customer support told me they ship from Switzerland and i should be patient . I questioned why their invoice states that goods were shipped by Singapore Post which does not operate in Switzerland - they went quiet and did not provide an explanation. I requested a refund they stopped responding to my emails. I have come to the conclusion that this web site is a scam - SO BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

This company is by far the worst, and I will never ever buy anything from here again. Customer service team is terrible and a lot of misleading information on the website.

Why put NZ on your website if it's delivered from SWITZERLAND? I could've order this from an actual legit store in NZ. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Brought over two weeks ago and received nothing , had a feeling it’s a scam and sure enough other bad reviews saying same thing ;waste of my time and money , only reason I even brought was because it said it was a “nz company” when it’s not . Making a fraud complaint with my bank to get my money back

Deceptive about being an Australian company, they are from Switzerland. Good luck getting order in 5 to 7 days, it will be weeks, and from reading other reviews maybe not at all. Poor customer service, kept replying the same response so I gave up. Recommend others read the reviews and avoid!

Love the tag and collar, very good quality and arrived quick, overall very happy with the product and service.

They market themselves as a NZ company but you only find out when it’s shipped that it’s coming from Switzerland. The engraving on the tag is barely visible and almost useless. Avoid.

I wish I could give no stars… really poor communication. Pretending to be a nz company using .co.nz is really misleading. I would not have ordered from them had I known they were coming from Switzerland 💁‍♀️ have emailed requesting tracking number which they cannot provide.. still waiting after a month for something to show… now not replying to my emails and I have now requested a refund, obviously no reply there so I’m thinking this is probably a scam.

received original tag, where the writing was barely visible. They stated they would be happy to send new one-however it has now been 2.5 months and no tag has arrived. I emailed to enqire about this and no reply. I've now had to order a tag elsewhere as i'm not expecting this to arrive.

Great quality but shipping is slower than stated, otherwise would have been 5 stars.
